Many upscale establishments won't let you wear the T-shirt without something over it. Come prepared with a backup shirt, because missing out on a nice date due to wardrobe is always embarrassing. ;)

Enthusiasts will probably won't to focus-in on the PTFE and PFA compositions.. as they probably won't get the desired results with FEP.

PYREX seems to be the answer that I can get here in Houston, can’t find the Teflon yet on the web, just going on a search here in Houston to see what I can find on the shelves, like you warn it will be PTFE/PFA/FEP flavored, I’ll try what I can find here first.

Has anyone tried E2's with bottom feeders? I've been playing around with using E2's with both the REO and the Phidias w/ Feedimus. IMO, vapor and flavor is better with the E2's on these devices than they are with other 510 attys, whether they be "regular" attys, LR attys, or 306 attys.

Yeah, I know - in some ways, it sort of defeats the purpose of the E2's. I'm just reporting that the E2's are working well with bottom feeders. YMMV :2cool:

Yeah.. I got the willies over that one a while ago when my German associates were waging a war against it. Luckily, the only piece of factory automation that I have.. that has access to the outside world.. is the webcam above the bed.... ;)

using XL's on a "puck" bottom feeder. Feed tube set to just below the " cup ". Fills the cup when your running low.Sort of redundant but works. "HAD" a Wet Box till the switch went south. Worked great on it.

I have a Wetbox and I'm trying E2's I just got from COV on it. First off, I don't know which version these are, but I cannot pull out the filler ring. The holes in it are so small that the little filler thing from the syringe bent when I tried to fill it. I tried putting in about .5ml to prime the carto before using it on the wetbox, and liquid came up thru the middle and drained out the hole in the bottom as well, so I have no idea how much of the .5 ml actually got inside the correct chamber.

After about 3 vapes, I have to squeeze the bottle or I get a burnt taste. It only tastes good if it gurgles when I vape. Looked at the coils after vaping thru a second fill and they are black. Can I burn it to clean it when I taste the badness, without doing the rinse out stuff? Keep in mind that I cannot get the filler ring out....it may be glued in but I don't taste any glue.
These are the 808 type on an 808 WETBOX and the website says they are 2.5ohm.

Just looking for a little help here. So far, I think regular cartos seem to be easier to fill, use, and taste better....so I must be missing something here.

Not sure what a "puck" bottom feeder is. I have a WetBox, too, but I broke the spring on it and haven't gotten around to sending it for repair. Since I've got a mini REO coming in the mail, I may retire my WetBox anyway.

bones it doesn't sound like you used it long enough to dry-burn-clean it.

You may need a 3ml syringe, probably from the pharmacy, they have 20 gauge syringes but you can use the blue syringe tip that the supplier gave you, that's what I would do first if I've never used an E2 carto before, it might make it easier, to know how it vapes, how long it lasts, all that, etc

OK....used a 3 ml syringe like you show...by the way, the 20G 1 on the pkg refers to the gauge size of the needle and the length. It tastes fine at first, great vapor....always gurgling LOL, then it runs dry I guess from the bad tastes and I squeeze bottle on wetbox, get about 3 good vapes, bad taste again, etc. Now, at end of the second fill of the 3ml bottle on the wetbox...i.e. 6ml total, get bad taste every other puff although vapor is good, and the coil looks very black.

Any comments about the filler ring?...I tried to get it out to look inside with the hook from a binder clip, I used to be able to get the old glued in tips on cartos out with that thing, but this filler ring just stretches a little and doesnt budge. I finally poked a paper clip in the filler holes to get them big enough to get the flexible filler needle thingy in there to fill the carto.
It was bending in half every time I tried...LOL. I am wearing 2 prs of 2.00 reading glasses and can barely see the holes!

I fill 50 regular cartos a week in about 2 1/2 hours. I hate to guess how long it would take me to fill 50 of these!

can plastic handle the heat, a clear plastic?

I have a design for a new cartomizer ...

The tube could also be made 1mm or so larger in diameter, and separate the ceramic from the tube just a little bit, or another idea would be to make the plastic part of the tube around the ceramic soewhat more durable, like the plastic on the ego cartomizer around their coil?

It sounds like it's not wicking very well, when you squeeze the bottle, it's getting liquid on the coil but as soon as that is gone you are dry again. Good number of users are removing that filler cap and not using them again, it just seems like the filler caps may be strangling the wick a little and the hole is too small which detracts from the vapor. The 3.5 filler caps were harder for me to get out than the 3.0 ones and I've mutilated a couple by hooking it and it stretching/tearing before it came out. Those I just throw away instead of saving in the container of the non-used, removed filler caps. You can use the other silicon ring if you want after filling or use some version of the PTB mod. If you are using a wetbox, probably not a big deal to keep it upright so you might like it naked better (no rings)

I think I'm doing a dryburn every 3-4 fills so probably closer to 3 ml than 6 ml so it's probably time for a dry burn. Rinse it and let it dry a bit will shorten the number of dry burns necessary to clean off the gunk...

LOL....I rinsed it out with hot water, flicked out the water and tried a dry burn on a manual fully charged V4L 3.7 V batt.....a black hunk of charcoal steams....then I soaked it in everclear for 10 minutes, rinsed in hot water again and tried again.....this time I get a black hunk of charcoal with 1 orange wire (not multiple coils of wire, just one in the middle) glowing intermittently....it is back in the everclear now.

I was vaping 80/20VG TV Chocolate covered cherry...dark brown liquid. I also was vaping with the wetbox and squeezing the bottle while horizontal. I removed the middle ring and the white top and had inserted a drip tip, i.e. only filler ring left in.

So I should just tear out the filler ring? Where do you get the PTB for the mod...at the grocery store?
