how do you get the same draw feel form a smaller hole, not that i dont belive you i just dont get it.

if you close the hole in the mouthpeace half way, it obviously will tighten the draw, so im not sure what we are discussing here.

i mean the feel of the draw is noticeable, im doing it now, the one with all 3 plugs is tighter then my non plugged one.

unless its a placebo effect im feeling.
The small hole in my mouthpiece is larger than the two very small holes in the fitting. What else can I say? I suppose I could say that the smallest drill bit I have in here right now is a #60 at .040", and it won't go through the holes in the fitting.

Edit: The hole in the metal tube that goes in the stem of the cup is .059" dia., so it is also smaller than my mouthpiece hole.

Hi, guys, can you confirm, somehow, that these are indeed V4 cartos? I found them on the forum just a minute ago and I'm ready to order if they are indeed the latest version.

CE2 510 Cartomizor XL

They might have them but to be safe i would wait 4 days, like i said some have recieved small amounts of R4, i dont know who or if its the usa at all.
I do know over 300 orders for the usa went out in the last 4 days plus today. So to be totaly safe I Would wait 4 days.

that one in particular I think you have to buy 1 kilometer sq.,

but the one in the middle is offered in many mesh sizes, minimum purchase of 100m^2
http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/260893313/Nylon_fabrics_nylon_mesh.html

it says PA66, PA6, PET, is that ok? is that nylon? it also has polyester

MESH COUNT: from 160mesh/inch to 520 mesh/inch
MESH OPENING: 100um to 10 um
THICKNESS: 110um to 70um

how do tea bags compare to pyramids? what are the differences between them?

Has anyone ever thought of buying an actual wick like one used in a zippo (without the copper wire) and using it outside the coil area? Maybe tie it to a piece of the current wick. A real good wick will draw liquid up regardless of position. Granted a zippo wick will burn it should be fine outside the cup. It might make a better wick than the PTB. Maybe someone could buy various types of wicks, suspend them with the end in some VG and see which ones draw the best?

you might want the least wick as possible, that's why I like the badkolo-Lipton flat ptb tails because they're mostly emptly space, and yet they truly deliver flavor and nicotine

liquid tends to stick to things, for example take a condom carto cover, fill it half full, and notice that you can pour most of it, but the last drops just don't want to pur out...

take a carto, fill it up and vape it till it runs out, then rip the assembly out and notice that the wick still has the last drops of liquid in it.

So now I don't know the exact numbers, but if you have a lot of needless extra wick down there that can hold a third of a ml, you may have to subtract that from the 'vapable' capacity that the carto holds... something along the lines of a 1ml carto is only 0.7ml vapable, and if the carto with a lot of wick and junk in the trunk can only hold 0.7 to begin with (not 1ml), then you might only be able to vape 0.4ml.
