i cut out the center hole of the inner plug, i use a small pair of cuticle cutters.
i dont place mine over the cup , i place it in backwards. i only did that for the video.

there has been claims but no video or pics, but i do know for a fact that a select few have the R4 in small amounts. i dont know who does though.

I just received 10 of these. So far so good I suppose. Not sure what I think. Like most cartomizers they seem to wash the taste out for me a bit. But less so that vapor9 turbos.
Still playing. Probably will not render an opinion until r4 comes out.
i just got them from COV two days ago, some do have the notch [next to the slots] on the bottom ring but seem to be like what COV had two weeks ago.

i see COV is out of E2's but they have COV Voltage Meters now, he'll restock and they should be the new ones, Bruce is one (of many) of the good ones out there who took a chance on selling these "cutting edge" atty's that just a few weeks ago would destroy the threads of your PV.
