I've had the Dripper Spiral, and it's super easy to clean, you take out the ceramic element with the coil in it and torch the whole thing until it's clean and good as new.

No, what I meant is that you take out the whole ceramic element with the wick and coil attached, torch the whole thing until the wick is clean and white again. And then you just mount it back and keep on vaping.
You can keep the same wick and coil going for weeks this way. You'll need a torch for it, I have a simple one made for kitchen use.
wont the wick char and burn if you torch it?

Got mine yesterday, really fits the mini beautifully. Great vapor/flavor. Digging this way more than a tank right now. Like that you can switch up flavors throughout the day
I did get some leaking from connection, guess I over filled. Digging my serial #0330

I have been using 0880 for two weeks and have found some juices are filthy (copper creek deserts) and gunk up the coil quickly. I took the head apart including unraveling the coil and wick to chip off the chunks of two days of CC Pumkin Pie, re-coiled with original wire and original wick an all is well.
Last week I ordered 30 replacement cartridges from Ireland and they showed up in 4 days. I got tired of 405's pre-order process and paid the extra few dollars (euros actually).
For the month and a bit ive had mine its pretty much all I vape. I've just been putting a brand new wick and coil in every 3 days or so though , I find it just stays fresh that way. I've got 9 of the little ceramic cups and when I get down to having five empty ones I just sit down for 45 minutes and rebuild them all. I also share those cups with my Killer 705 and I replace that every tank so I tend to rebuild them at least once a week.
After using it for two months, the Dripper Pro has become my favorite JDS. As expected with an RDA, the flavor and vapor are great. I like its versatility -- you can rebuild if you're up for it, buy replacement cups/coils if you're not, or can mix between the two. I've been using Avid's replacement NR wicks/coils and reusing the ceramic cups. It's a little more cost effective than buying new coils/cups.
Or for about 20$ you can get enough wire to make about 175 coils, more if you dont waste too much of it. The silica I buy is about 1 cent per CM and it takes about 8cm per wick so to rebuild a coil is only about 10 cents if you do it yourself.
When you rebuild these coils, do you use resistance/non-resistance wire? I thought I read somewhere that this and the killer use that. I took one apart the other day because I finally got replacements and it seems like it's just one solid wire. If so, seems pretty easy to rebuild and we can play around with different ohm settings using different gauge wire
I use no resistance wire yeah. Nickel NR and 32awg Kanthal is what I use to rebuild mine. Usually a 4 wrap on doubled 2mm silica for about 1.7 ish ohms. I've used 28 but I find it a little annoying to twist the NR wire to so I just stick to 32 which suits me just fine.
Mine had that gap... so I just pressed down on a table and that contact point moved in a little. Kinda scary but worked out nicely
Yeah I guess if the 510 was pushed out a little it would create a small gap. A couple of my ceramics fit really tight, and the first time I put one on that centre pin actually came right out, it was a little stressful at first lol. It worked out alright though.

First repairable atty of any sort (RDA or genny) that I actually like. The draw is much like a standard atty, the vape is hot, great vapor, the TH is real (not a throat scratch) and the flavor is fantastic. I will be getting another one of these. I will always have and use my trusty Joyes, but this baby is staying!

My buddy is lucky enough to have one and I've tried it, it is freaking awesome. If you have a chance to get one, I'd highly recommend it. The taste of whatever liquid you use is about the purest you're going to get.
I must say that this is true. I pulled out a liquid that I only kept around as proof that my favorite vendor is not infallible. Well, scratch that! That juice just became my absolute favorite thing today. I have been vaping it non-stop and I previously thought it was terrible. What is that about? All I can say is it is a mixture of a great liquid and a great JDS meeting up.
IMO silica wick and a nice coil is the purest taste. The genesis fans will disagree with that statement , but I've also got a genesis with what I believe to be a fantastic wick and coil in it and I still think silica is better. The eBaron ups the ante with what I personally think is perfect airflow.
