There have been some issues that have delayed the shipping of these units. I have been seeing many atomizers blowing, and I'm trying to figure out what the issue is. I didn't have issues with the original, and cannot figure out if its a bad batch of atomizers or if its a problem with the wiring or one of the components. I've gone through 7 atomizers on the 3 boxes I'm testing, and that is not acceptable. Please bare with me a few more days as I try to get this worked out. If you have ordered an atomizer from me in the last 2 weeks, let me know if you have had any problems with them. Should be getting another batch of atty's today or tomorrow, so I can test those and see whats up.

The only thing different between the prototype is the added switches and a different regulator.

Will keep you all posted.

I agree, I want right more than getting it fast. I would like to know if there is a way we can know where we are on a list other than those that are listed in the pre-ordered status section of your website. Since I ordered on the 24th I never got an email from eCigmod comfirming my order nor a order number....just the Paypal receipt saying moneys been sent. Perhaps others who have ordered can answer my question by letting me know if this is the same for them.

Ok... I think I've figured out the issue... but it poses a greater one...

The switches that I got appear to be faulty... I don't know if its one, or all... but something is shorting in the switch and when I change from 5 to 3.7, the atty "pops".

Any suggestions?

Yeah, well... that is the second problem. I'd have to order more and it might take a week plus to get them in... and I've not ruled out the possibility that the atty's are bad 100%. I just had a fresh one pop while making a video... No switches, no LED's, nothing but straight 5V power.

Besides... they are 5v3a switches... that should be more than plenty for these.

I'm thinking atty's too...
Maybe I was slipped LR atty's... going to test the resistance.

Nope.... normal resistance on the 4 I tested...

I'll try one one my 5v boxmod and see if I have any problems.

As a PC tech thats called troubleshooting eliminating possibilities til you get to the root.
