I highly doubt he is trying to be shady Sometimes what was supposed to happen does not always pan out correctly thats how the world works!
How come everyone else got the box they ordered? before u start throwing insults--- "Shady" call him up........... or pm him .......or.... email him
Im sure he would rather work the problem out vs you telling the forum he is shady!
Now I understand your frustration but this thread is NOT full of complaints like yours. Mistakes happen...unfortunately it happened to you so its the exception not the rule. Under the circumstances Im surprise there are not more problems considering the work load, schedule and volume Craig and what little help he has is having to dealing with. Contact him privately before you start posting here trashing him!! I get it your angry and so you should be as would I if I were you.....but posts like yours is not the way to handle it.
btw in case you were thinking I'm sitting here vaping on my mod...I'm NOT! I too am waiting.

I'm unofficially naming it the: "I'm glad I didn't preorder 'it' because I cant even get a simple box mod from craig."
Its been over a month now. Got a shipping notice but no package. Also been told twice that he would "send another one out" but I'd bet nothing went out in the first place.
I wouldn't mind that I paid $8 for a $1.50 first class tracking number if I'd actually received something.
And get a real website with a shopping cart and ssl cert, it's not that difficult.
Okay done ranting, just thought I should give the community a heads up on some shady practices.
Ok... I'm *really* sorry. I know a lot of you see me as "God-Like", but I am not perfect... therefore I am *only* "God-Like" and not a "God".
I'm one person... occasionally two when my partner doesn't have school. He goes to school full time, and his year is over this coming week.
The whole idea of sticking to paypal is to show people that they will actually let you sell pretty much anything without any hassle. The *only* things they will not let you sell are eliquid and starter kits... That's why I haven't gotten a merchant account yet. I don't wanna pay the BS fees and monthly maintenance, etc etc... and we are still testing juices to sell.

I stopped orders, and boxmod sales to try to catch up and keep from neglecting people like you.

I got a question thats been nagging me....if this is a bottom feeder does'nt that mean a special type of atty? If so then should'nt spares be available? Afterall you know how attys can be.

Well in order to order you have to select which type of atty connector you want to use. First off, I don't know your name, so I cant find your email. I've asked for your name twice now, and all you have done is complain. I sent it, and am willing to send another, if I haven't already... even though you are trashing me in a public forum because of a *lost* package that you did not insure. I clearly state to get insurance if you are worried about the package. Not to mention that I think you were a *contest* winner, and not a paying customer judging by your $8/80 comment.
As far as the PM's, We only get 300 messages and I've gotten over 2000 in the last 2 months. This means I have to *delete* messages. If I thought I sent your package out after you resent me your info, then I probably deleted it so that I can have room for more PM's. I'm waiting on my email to see if I can get my mailbox increased.

I've had no reason to bs you, or avoid you. I have tons of people here that will gladly back me up for my professionalism, quality of product, and customer service. Again... if you want your item, give me your name and address and I'll get one out to you... otherwise I'm just going to refund your money and be done with it.
Yes I am slammed... yes I bit off more than I could chew... yes I'm behind... but I believe that its the customer that makes the business. I take good care of my customers on my PC business, and I plan to do the same here... only difference is that my PC company makes me $100/hr, and ecigmods.com is making me about $10/hr right now... and I'm doing 10x the work of my PC company. I have already had two boxmods that have crapped out that I sent replacements for... and didn't even charge the customer the $8 for the replacement program.
Cut me a little slack please. I work hard and make very little at this point... but I'm still working for you... and everyone else here.

Update: Just greased Elendil's pockets and got 2000 message limit now.
Rock on... hopefully I wont have to worry about deleting messages as often now.
