Were you able to completely stop smoking cigarettes since using your ecig?
Yes. Accidentally. I bought the e-cig to cut down when taxes were raised on cigarettes.
If yes:
1. How long have you been cigarette free? 2 1/2 years, about.
2. Have you tried to quit cigarettes before via Gum, Patches, Cold Turkey, etc? I was able to quit while I was pregnant, but I think, only because I lived next door to my mother and didn't wanna "hear it" if I didn't. After that, (Lit a cig before I asked if it was a boy or girl) I tried hypnotherapy, patches, gum, wellbutrin, nothing worked even a little bit. Longest was a week then hubby bought a carton and threw them towards me and said "smoke!!!!!!"
3. Do you think you will be able to remain cigarette-free permanently this time around? Absolutely. Unless e-cig pats become unattainable. Then it's probably back to smoking. I know I'll never try to quit again if e-cig go away
