batteries only, they used to be shipped by container but it appears that we have a new shipping option...

This is my only choice on those batteries for shipping.
TNT-PostNL Registered Airmail for Battery Products +$4.24 (12 working days in transit typical)

That might not be too bad, it would make FT a place for us to get batteries.
ive read on ft that canada customs doesnt allow 18650 batteries in, any1 else hear this

I'v never ordered any batteries from FT. A while back FT had become unable to ship to Canada using E-Packet, a much faster more reliable shipping method for only a few dollars more. At the time the rumour was this service was denied to FT cause they were caught shipping batteries when they were not suppose to. It's just a rumour & I can't verify it.
I have always bought batteries from American vendors they come shipped as batteries & never had any problems at Customs.
I personally would never buy batteries from FT :)

Illum has Samsung 30Qs for $6/ea and green 25Rs for $5/ea. You get a free battery case for every pair that you buy. They apparently ship internationally, but I'm not motivated to check their shipping prices. Domestic shipping is very reasonable, IMO.
Illum ?

I have not ordered batteries from FT but my 4 HG2's from Lightning Vapes are in Halifax right now and I'll have to wait till Monday before I get them...

After Mooch's post about fake HG2 and other posts about them being mixed in with real HG2's on the wholesale distribution level and even from legit retailers. I might look into the Samsung 30Q's instead.

If you look at Mooch's latest chart, the Samsung 30Q looks to be a shade better than the LG HG2. The 30Q has a 25 amp MCA rating, while the LG HG2 is listed as 20 amp:

18650 Battery Ratings -- Picking a Safe Battery to Vape With | E-Cigarette Forum

(Click on the small chart at the bottom of his post.)

[Edit: MCA, not MCR as originally stated]

The way I vape, 10A is plenty...

I usually buy from RTD Vapor. Orbtronics and Ilumn are great vendors, too.

Oh, I love this chart!

Mooch rules!

Any opinions on the 100w istick w/out tc. In Canada can pick one up on sale w 2 lg brown bats for $60. I know to u Americans that's not a good deal but here in the great white north its not a bad deal as almost any 18650 batteries go for $13+ each.
Just need to know if mod has any issues

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using Tapatalk
decided to get the istick 100w non tc, two lg hg2(supposedly) for $60+tx = $67.80 canadian at local b&m.
ft not delivering batteries to canada even though shipping option is listed and customs might seize it.
all other options were not feasible and/or not worth a couple of dollar savings and delivery times as i was down to one mod and 1 battery, evic mini + samsung 25r, and needed a backup asap

Mesa, AZ...off the analogs for years!
Am I the only one who uses an Istick and doesn't sub? (cough, cough...I tried!). Cheap, fits nicely in the hand, lasts a long time. What more do you need?

I own 5 40w which are stashed...cheaper than the 30 is the only reason.

No, I don't need 40 watts nor do I come close to using that but this baby is so versatile. I love it with plain old 2.2 coils (well, they are never actually 2.2).

I'm still using the 30 and not guilty of subbing.

You're definitely not the only one, @Neo ! We've got several isticks in steady rotation in our household. And we're mostly using them with the Eleaf GS Tanks, 1.2 or 1.5 coils, happily tootle-puffing along.
What kinds of tanks are you using?
