TD, brown some breakfast sausage, after its browned add flour to the amount of grease in the pan, stir it, let it cook for a few minutes to absorb the grease then add some milk. Let it thicken and then add just a bit of water to thin it a bit, add some black pepper and some hot pepper flakes if you want it a bit spicy. Let it cook a few minutes and it's ready to eat. I usually put the biscuits in the oven before I start the gravy. By the time the biscuits are done, the gravy is too.

And this actually works with any meat you have to brown. I've made it with hamburger and bacon drippings. I crumble the bacon up and add it to the gravy when it's done. Oh...taste it for salt. Some sausage have more salt so you don't need to add any. :)

I call it pork lotion, the kind that runs down your arm when you have to unhinge your jaw for the burger to fit.

That was Billy Bob's best role IMHO. Excellent Movie.
Finally got to sit down and watch Fried Green Tomato's this weekend as well, another excellent movie.

His absolute best character. You might enjoy his transformation to Karl here if you haven't seen it. He does it from 2 to 3 minutes and again later. He also tells some interestin things of how he developed Karl

    OK getting hungry again
    What's for Supper?

Roasted chicken, Morrocan-spiced lentils with Basmati rice, roasted carrots with cumin, a nice chunk of homemade harissa, and a small salad with feta cheese. The smell....oh, the smell!:banana::banana:
