somewhere in the middle, i believe and cloupor sent the mod via dhl. it got here within 3 days once mailed ;)

Well, I haven't gotten any info saying it had been mailed, etc. I just got the email from ECF to fill out my mailing info, and that's the last I've heard. I'll check with SJ to see what's up. Thanks for the info!

Anyone know if the istick 50W display failures have been fixed? I really liked my iStick 50w, but both my original and the replacement failed with black displays within the first month and were replaced under warranty. I really hated that and would buy another if I thought the problems were fixed.

My old and scratched up 15W iStick is still chugging along. Go figure. I would probably be better off to buy a dual battery VV box mod with replaceable batteries.

All of my iSticks are still going strong. The biggest I had with any of them was the 20W's and those lousy, soft 510 threads. Otherwise they have been flawless.

To date: 2 20W iSiticks (PIF'ed one), 2 30W, 1 50W, and the latest one, 1 100W iStick that is a beast!

The 20 was over powered, so I gave mine to a buddy. My brother is using my 30 because he just started vaping. I just bought a second 50 because the button went on the first one. It's still useable, just doesn't have any spring in it anymore, so it will fire for like no reason. But as long as I just use it around the house where it sits on the coffee table when not used then it's still fine.
My only problem with the 30 is that with my iSub tank, which runs .5ohms, it will perform on the 30 at 10W the same as it does at 15w on any other battery, including the 50. 10 is barely enough to fire it on other batteries. So it seems over powered, but it doesn't do that with my nautilus'. Weird, but I don't care and I'm used to batteries sometimes having their own personalities now.
The owner of the shop I go to here gave me a cool fire 4 he took off the shelf for himself and used for a month for free, I'm using it now. It's very very nice. But not as small as the 30w istick and the capacity isn't as good. For value, small form, power and capacity without having to get a mod where you have to provide the actual batteries, you just can't beat the isticks IMO.

The USB connector disappeared inside my 2 month old (or less) istick 100W, and I doubt I have a torx screwdriver that tiny to go diving for it. The cord was too short for comfy passthrough use anyway, but I do miss the ability to charge it that way. Replacing batts is a pain as the batt box is so tight (yes, using flattops).

Hope the house doesn't burn down. Otherwise good APV except it's slippery in the hand being as heavy as it is.

I do not have the mini 20. I do have 1 x 20 in black, 1 x 30 in silver, 1 x 40 in gray, 1 x 50 in blue, 1 x 60 in black/black, and 1 x 100 in silver. I have the iStick Basic in my sights...

I see that vapordna has them for $5 less than sweetvapes in all 4 colors.

iSmoka Eleaf Mini iStick 20 Watts Ultra Mini Mod
I've looked at the Mini iStick original version a couple of times thinking it'd be great for stealth vaping....but always was discouraged that the low end of the wattage range was a bit too high. I generally vape around 7 to 8 watts (max) and like to have a bit of "wiggle room" lower than that in my device. Not that I'll use it, but it tends to help the device be a bit more accurate. Frustrated that this new version doesn't state the low end of the wattage range...although the voltage low point seems quite encouragingly low. I'll never use 20 watts...but was hoping that this new version might have expanded the range a bit in both directions.

Maybe not.

Try and use it in voltage mode and drop it down as low as it will go and see how that works for you. I have one that I rarely use, but I just tried that and it seems to mellow it out quite a bit. :)

both my istick 30w are dead or just about dead or just about useless, constantly displaying "protection" error for both my stmini rba's v1
same atomizers working fine on evic mini
i think i figured out the protection error.
if for no apparent reason u get "protection" error displaying it could be ur battery cant handle the higher power, try on low watts/volts and see what happens.
battery is getting to old/over used/too many cycles and it wont power certain coils at certain power levels.
my 0.7 wont fire consistently above ~25w/4.2v, if i lower the power to a certain level it works more consistently.
time for a battery swap operation, now i need to buy some 18650 batteries.

Howdy Maiar

You might want to seriously consider the 40 Watt with TC
I have/use 3 mini nautilus's, a 20W a 30W and a 40W TC

My 40W is now about 4 months old or so and it is hands down simply great compared to the others !
I am using TC atomizers with it from day one and really like it as my FAV, and its size is only a hair larger then the 20W
