I'm an American who's ordered Habanos... I'm not sure what we wont be able to buy. :D
I have not had a Cohiba in a long time... The last cigar I enjoyed was a Don Tomas. :vapor:

It's been a while but as I recall Spain and Helvetia were more than willing to ship.
We just had to accept an average 50% loss to customs agents.

They all smoked the good sticks. Pillocks. :p

You on the other hand, can buy whatever you like.
Oddly, now that I don't smoke anymore... it's likely we'll be able to get them again soon-ish.

So I was just messing around with the new Pico I got a couple days ago, and I was going to go for a high watt short dry burn to try and clean my coil. For some reason it will only let me set the wattage at 39.3W. Would a lower output battery cause it to restrict the wattage? I don't remember it doing that on the black one I had, because there was a couple times I accidentally burnt the wick because it was set on 75W.

it's doing the 'math' for you...

smart board WON'T exceed the set allowable Amp limit
so whatever your coil Ω was, 39w max'd out in Amps...

;)

Then my old Pico had to be defective because i used same tank and coil and battery and it allowed me to go to 75w and fire. Lol glad to be rid of that one.

I don't claim to fully understand regulated mods but the above image is from Steam Engine and is the Mod Range for a DNA-75 (they did not have a Pico preset).

You can see that there is a "sweet spot" where the mod can reach its max watts. Outside of that the mod will limit the maximum allowable watts.

@trentenmarschel are you using the new Smart mode? Try setting it to normal Wattage mode.

are you using the new smart mode instead of the standard wattage mode? That could explain it but I have never bothered trying the smart mode since I use TC most of the time.

What is the difference in the two modes? I haven't got a Pico yet, but will be wanting to know.

Smart Mode is in the new firmware update:

The Smart mode will save one output power setting for each resistance value and can totally save ten groups of such profiles. Once you change the output power setting for a resistance, it will re-save the changed setting automatically. When the Smart mode has already remembered ten profiles and you want to add another new resistance, the first saved profile will be deleted.

Sounds like it would be good if you change coils with different resistances often.

I'm wondering if it's necessary to update my Pico firmware (have it stored away) since I only use wattage mode. I only use Kanthal wire and some SS once in a while that I don't see the need to use TC on.
The VW mod has a different display in the new firmware: bigger battery bar indicator they made room for by getting rid of the voltage indicator.

and you can put in custom logos

The new firmware gets rid of the random .1W power level change as well.

Ok, good enough. Thank you!

I am just using regular watt mode. I haven't even messed with smart mode yet. I don't really change coils all the time, I only have one tank so remembering different settings isn't really that needed for me.
