if the slippery-ness really bothers people (and i'm totally fine with it since the price is so low I consider it a beater), you can always go to home depot and get plastidip. Just make sure to tape off the front side with the buttons. Heck maybe i'll do it some time in the future just for fun
Well, a definition of rape being "to seize and take away by force", I imagine anyone who's been robbed can use the term. I especially don't see how the term "financially raped" can be a bad choice of words or insulting. It's just a commonly used term.

BNEAT, thanks for posting this. I want black on black so you nailed it for me. It doesn't appear quite as Frankensteinish as I thought it would. I'm in ! $71 for the pair of em. How are you liking this combination? I also thought of adding some thick non slip material to the outside of the stick so that it would take away the appearance of the Leamo's overhang.
When I rec'd my istick, they forgot the adapter. I just rec'd an adapter finally, but not the one that was in the pictures. They sent the same kind that everyone already has.

Forgive me for this really stupid newbie question... but why is "running hot" a bad thing? I run anything between 1.5 and 2.2 and I was enjoying the fact that I can vape it at 4-6 watts and be satisfied. I was hating having to turn my Spinners all the way up all the time and draining the battery so fast. I thought the iStick was just being more efficient or something. Am I not preserving the battery by running it at a lower wattage?
VapeNW on ebay is who sent me the wrong one, after leaving it out of the package with the original shipment then almost refusing to send it to me at all. I finally get it and it's the wrong adapter. I wanted to get the new adapter with the knurling to make it easier to use.

Yes, the 510 to ego adapter I got with the full kit pretty much looks like that - although the proportions look slightly different to me. The basic design is the same.

Yeah...I have a bad feeling about these guys. My 2nd one is on the way from them, but if you read their ebay history, it's full of a ton of bad reviews just in the last month.. A lot of people here have said that they've had a smooth experience from them, but my spidey senses tell me it's hit and miss. Too bad they are one of the few that have it in stock right now.

I think that I am going to stick with buying from vendors that I know to be top notch. It seems that Ebays protection policy does not amount to much from what I am hearing.
I do not blame you for pouting. I do hope that they make things right for you.
Probably because they are very close to being removed as a seller.
It is not a bad thing for everyone. Some people just prefer a cooler vape. Uisng lower ohms and higher voltage / wattage will give you a shorter charge time on your iStick because it will drain faster. But, that is not an issue if that is your prference.

We will soon have our preorder from VT as well. A group of us placed one there. They have not had time to make any revisions on these yet IMO Plus, I do think that they will make it known when a new version is available.
