Hey, the code that I used is still working. Use code VPDEALS10 for 10% off when ordering
As with most of Smokie's reviews, I feel like I know less about the product after watching than I did before.
At least this one's not done in his car. Always feel like he's got a body in the trunk or something that he has to keep an eye on.
Interestingly enough, my Spheroid did about the same thing on my Istick, worked fine on everything else, Mechs, RDNA, Cloupor, SX-350, and a few others. Had me scratching my head for a while, not saying this was your issue, but it certainly was mine.
I built a new coil, about the same resistance, 1.2 ohms, tried again, same results, worked perfectly on everything but the Istick. disassembled the deck, which appeared to be a bit oxidized, and almost appeared to have some slight arcing going on, polished the centerpin disk with a bit of 2000 grit, cleaned up the positive pin screw head and it was fine.
Spheroid positive connection disk is mounted in some sort of silicon insulator, and all my other devices push enough pressure on the center pin to make a positive connection. Where Istick 510 for whatever reason does not push the center pin quite as much and the combo of pin pressure, and oxidation was enough to cause the issue. Though I don't know if my V2 uses same internal setup as the V3 deck I'm assuming it is similar.
Well, I thought it might have just been the spheroid so I adjusted the centerpin, cleaned the contacts, and it still only fired when barely screwed onto the eleaf. So next I tried using the ego adapter, still didnt fire right, then next I just tried using an ego clearomizer with the ego adapter, and still the eleaf only fired when barely making contact with it. maybe I just had a lemon or something.
LOL!..sitting boxed with the wrapper still on it and my wife called me at work and said thank you and that she loved it....
...just have to remember not to leave boxes out when I place a second order.
Just don't think I could vape out of a tank with a penis cut out on it.
Mine has arrived about three hours ago....

First impressions are really positive, it surprised me because its size is even smaller than expected. It's barely taller than my vMecha in 18350 mode.....
Vaping is straightforward and I cannot detect any sizeable differences between the iStick and my other regulated mod, a DNA30. Even at low wattages or voltages. If any, the loss of regulated output on the DNA30 below 3,5 V got you unguarded, and then the iStick hits you harder, but it is because the DNA30 is hitting softer. With miniProtanks 3 (2,0 - 2,2 ohm), with a Trident RDA (1,3 ohm), or a genisis AGA-TD (1,2 ohm). Those were my running atomizers today....
Now I lack of any other regulated mod, so....
If something is a huge difference, it's just the inmediate response of the iStick, even when it has switched off its screen. As you know, DNA30 in that situation forces your to wait about half a second to get real power to the atomizer, while its screen and regulator switches up.
Apropos the 'PWM-gate', no sign of it in my unit. What's more, some measurements with a cheap digital voltmeter, which I think also reads RMS values, at least with not so complicated inputs, and an analogue (old-fashioned squared-framed-coil and needle) one which forcibly has to measure RMS, because of its dynamics to get the measurements, show more or less the same, with stubborn reliability: the voltage shown on the screen in both VV and VW modes is the same that you can get from both voltmeters, it satisfies both Ohm's and Coulomb's laws, and the power readings are the same than were offered by the iStick, considering the precision margins...
...so it seems that my unit, at least, is not affected by the 'PWM-gate'. I can assure you that in low voltage/wattage setting the miniProtanks 3, both with stock resistances and with hand-rebuilt ones, performs flawlessly..... no burnt flavours....
If anyone is curios about the readings, here you have them, all the boring bits......

Hmm, those numbers would indicate it does actually regulate below the battery voltage.
Got mine today, glad I listened to Zoidman.
Slight hint of a rattlesnake but bloody superb all the same, it's smaller than the Rose V2 I have sitting on it, said this before - they could have charged $80 and they still would have sold a ton of these.
It would still have been a good deal at that price too.
