Hot Water with Dawn (original) or any alcohol---90%+ isopropyl alcohol works great..just rinse well with hot water afterwards and let dry.

Yes, that should be plenty to get the oil out. Do they come prebuilt like the regular Lemo 1 did?
I just boil for 20 minutes. Remove the o-rings and screws. I used to use soap and isopropyl. Boiling is easier, and seems to get them cleaner.
Cleaned it, filled it, all orings lubed and in place, and it leaked like a sieve for about 15-20 seconds, then just stopped, and is now working fine. I'm really liking it so far, but I need to figure out why that leaking occurred.
I definitely get more flavor out of this than the Lemo Drop or Subtank Mini, like gobs of flavor, and it did bring lots of "cloud vapor production," as the box promised.
Oh, and that prebuilt coil is reading .5 ohms, unlike the prebuilt on the Drops, which usually read 1.1 ohms.
I'm going to just keep editing this post (with additional thoughts and observations), rather than cluttering up the whole thread.

Got mine today at b&m if in NYC its cityvape in Astoria ....don't notice any machine oil at all ....been vaping the prebuilt coil and this thing is a beast ....so far I love it ....easy to fill no leaks for me so far ....honestly have a kayfun 4 and taste is prob the same (which I love ) .....for me its awesome so far
This was the first Lemo (I have 2 Drops) that came with machine oil on it for me, and honestly I didn't mind cleaning it so no biggie. I just filled it up again and no leaks this time, so all is well. I'm loving it.
If you aren't used to top filling:
1. Close the airflow
2. Fill, but invert right when you get close to shutting the top fill hole. Shut it partway, but flip right as you finish closing it.
3. Hold inverted, open airflow, and keep inverted 20-30 seconds.
Hopefully no more leaks.

East Cost Vapes is going to be carrying it for 41.99. They didn't say when it would be in. Can't see it being too far off at this point.
In my experience it took a little bit to get my first RTAs up and running properly although I was firing them up in less than an hour after arrival.
Tuning performance to what YOU like is half the fun however. With a little effort while paying attention to detail you can make major changes to the resulting vapor and flavor output...Just do it--and enjoy!
It's a common issue. Lots of people use external photo sites like Photobucket and others to store and link to their photos to avoid this problem.
