Got my 2 Lemo 2 cleaned, built, filled and vaping away. I had a tad bit of leakage on one, since I overfilled it, but it was just a few drops. I ended up changing the liquid anyway, because it was nasty and best suited in a dripper, irregularly ;) But the Lemo 2's are flavorful, chucks the clouds and easy to dial in the airflow. I love the top fill -- so much easier than bottom fill screws.

I ordered a couple Stingray X drip tips for them, since these are a bit large. They're even about a mil larger than the Orchid V4 drip tips, which I still don't enjoy using.

Overall, I'm impressed.

Question for the learned up of you who can help me.

What is the actual cause of leaking on these Lemo 2's?
I had no leaking what-so-ever the first couple of weeks and now I've got constant leaking from both mine and my wifes. Just seems I can not get a break now with the leaking.
It would seem that the only way that juice could get down the air shaft is that the wick is becoming saturated and dripping down or the juice is seeping in so fast that it is flowing into the air shaft...or both.
How it could go from being so dry to being so wet is beyond me.
I've noticed again on mine that it will bubble without me having pulled on it...just sitting there and bubbles of joy...sometimes from both juice channels.
I know these things can work without the constant leaking....or they did at one time!

Thanks for any help!

Been using 70VG in mine, no problem with leaks, had the Lemo 2's for a few weeks.

They're finicky with wicking, the chimney needs to be really tight, and make sure the o-rings are not screwed up.

Yeah...I replaced the o-ring at the top of the chimney because it was a little squirrely...but it did not help with the leaking...
I think I am going to try replacing all of them just to see if that makes any difference.
I love this tank but I am not going to put up with a leaker!!

I smear some juice around the o-rings to help them seat properly...may try that if you haven't yet.

The Lemo 2 is by far the best topper I have, I threw the original Lemo's in the trash because of leaks.

Yes that is my thoughts as well. I can see the $30-40 range..but beyond that..for me its all the same.
I just expect a tank/mod to heat a coil and let me enjoy my vape. Its pretty basic and when you start to get into trying to make me believe that if I spend an extra $20/30/40 ....I can have the ultimate vaping experience....I have my serious doubts.

Picked up my LEMO2 from Dashvapes in Richmond Hill, Ontario, $50 Canadian, authentic... where is it going for $100?

Been about 5 tanks now, only one minor leak due to overfilling, otherwise great experience and identical to the Lemo Drop. The negative reviews confuse me...

I've been using my Lemo2 for about 2 month now. Best RTA for TC mode so far. I had problems with wicking when using thick juice, and as I'm using them most of the time, I opened up juice channels about 1,5mm by filing chimney with a triangle file. It's wicking excellent now and I get consistent vape.
For those of you, who have hard time with wicking, here's a thought. If you have Lemo and Lemo2, try to change chimney's barrel (atomiser tube, according to eleaf) from Lemo to Lemo2. It will open juice channels on a bottom a little bit more, as metal of Lemo chimney is thinner than Lemo2. It may be worth a try and help with the wicking for someone. Sorry, if someone have already mentioned this, but I personaly haven't saw it yet.

I like the flavor and vapor output of the Lemo 2 more than the ST MIni and Delta II. The fact that it is top fill is a bonus. I have had no leaks whatsoever. The builds are easy and I've had great performance with Kanthal and Nickel builds. The Delta and ST are good attys but my favorite of the three is the Lemo 2.

Nope the old lemo chimney doesn't help... What part are you filing out? Pics?

I been having some issues with Lemo, Lemo Drop and Lemo 2 wicking. I broke some of mine down today and checked chimney barrel and chimney on Lemo and Lemo 2 and they appear to be exactly the same. You can swap them from one to the other. Or am I misunderstanding what you are describing. I will check further tomorrow. I have been using Lemos since they came out, but recently my nomal wicking was muting flavor and dry hitting. I may have found the problem. It seems that I had overtighten the top and it was compressing bottom washer effecting the juice channel. I guess I had developed a death grip when reassembling. I usually redo all 10 tanks I have at the same time.

Firecrow I was referring to some of the other RDA/RTAs.....not the Lemo 2. Just can't see getting enough out of a tank that sells for 20/30/40 more than the Lemo 2....just can't see where it would be worth it.

Its a very good tank all the way around....especially at the price point!

Yeah I juiced all the o-rings from the first time.
I think my biggest problem has been my wicking of late. I really only got a dry/burnt hit a couple of times and I hate that..really hate the burnt hits so I began to try for max wicking and had no dry/burnt hits but the leaking started. I went back to my original wicking on mine and my wife's this morning and it looks as if we've both been leak free vaping all day...first time in a week or so.

I think I just overplayed my hand on the wicking and that led to the leaks....but we'll know for sure in a day or two!!

Thanks for the reply!

Actually, they are not the same, at least mine. If you screw lower part of the chimney from old Lemo with upper part of the chimney from Lemo2, you'll see, that this upper part of the chimney overhangs a little bit over the lower part of the chimney from old Lemo.

Reading about people throwing their Lemos away makes me want to cry.

For the Lemo, I have hardly any leaking at all with the wicks cut even right on the lower part of the deck above the juice channels. Same with the Lemo 2. I am using Nickel in them both right now.

And when I say "hardly" I mean a little smear around the airholes on the Lemo and the AFC on the Lemo 2 and only right after filling. Well, as long as I don't leave them laying on their side for any length of time.

You are absolutely correct! Cleaning tanks today and rechecked. Lemo 2 barrel is 15.50mm diameter Lemo and Lemo Drop 15mm diameter. I must have switched the chimney barrel and chimney on the Lemo and Lemo 2 I cleaned up yesterday. I noticed the syringe I use to fill with did not fit all the way into the Lemo with Lemo 2 chimney barrel and chimney. Apparently Eleaf felt the thinner Lemo barrel would cause heat issue with the change from 23 to 22 mm. With all that said both the tanks are wicking better, usually I do not mix my parts when cleaning.

Your modification on the barrel looks great, could see where that would solve a lot of issues. Unfortunately I would probably butcher mine up if I tried that. Do they bubble in the same fashion?
