I like the looks of this and the changes they have made. Like Willy though, I am a bit worried about the potential for whistling as it looks very much like the Delta II airflow. The 2 piece base was one of my favorite things on the Lemo, it functioned as a perfect condensation collector, as well as a buffer between the RTA and the mod, so you are not wearing the top of the mod by screwing and unscrewing, just leave the base and remove the tank. I'm sure with just the rba to worry about the connection points shouldn't be an issue. The 510 pin looks like it protrudes much further that the original, a big plus. Definitely like that they opened up the airflow, should be on par with the STm now, if not better.

If Kanger doesn't redesign their rba for the STm before this comes out, I will definitely be picking one up.

Can't say I'm sold. Seems just few minor improvements, if you can call it that. Airflow and filling were not really a big deal for me. The big one, having to drain the tank to rebuild every time is. Disappointed as I had big hopes.

Emptying the tank to me is not an issue, that my friend is just a necessary evil to insure you get proper wicking and ultimate flavor delivery, while retaining optimal juice capacity. :glare:

While a nice feature, I really never find myself needing to rebuild just after filling my tank, or even halfway through one. It isn't like juice lasts very long in this style tank anyway. If I am testing a build I simply won't fill it up with more than a ml or so until I know I have it dialed in. Even if I needed to, extracting the juice with a syringe out of the fill hole would be pretty painless.

It is 22mm. The hole seems either the same diameter or bigger.

Yeah. If it's the same size, I'm good. If it's bigger, I'm not so sure... I'm a mouth to lung person and I want to be able to restrict the airflow to just a bit more than a Kayfun offers... I don't want a stove pipe. That drip tip is hideous, IMHO. :p

Subscribing to this thread ... rather than doing it the manual/passive way, I will say that I have three on pre-order from HG.

I am optimistic. It seems to have the same simple design with some desirable improvements, specifically around filling and airflow. I am worried about the 510 pin floating in a grommet, not really held securely against the 510 positive deck screw. This design has given me fits on DNA40 devices. But again, optimistic!

Not a fan. Lower juice capacity, error prone filling, and essentially the same airflow.

I believe it has increased airflow over the original... and I'm not sure how the filling could be any more straight forward, let alone error prone? Given the device hasn't been released to the general public yet, so there is still quite a bit of unknowns, but still... initial impressions are that both these "features" are greatly improved over the already mostly stellar (for me) original.

LOL - site says "comes with more excellent performances"

In all seriousness, if access to build deck is granted without emptying the tank, I'd buy it. Otherwise, meh. I've got a collection of Lemos that work fine, short of the aforementioned discrepancy.

Yes, I am pretty used to my Lemos.

I top fill and top empty the lemo without issues every single time.

With out emptying the tank, adds more parts to the design and increases the price do to R&D and materials. Lemo and Lemo2, are great do to simple design that works well, with out paying $100 for a over complicated tank, made by monks in the swiss alps.
