I was hoping to see some work done on the build deck at least better screws but seems eleaf are getting carried away with the sub ohm thing other tanks are caught up in.

That's where you're wrong.
The Lemo 2 doesn't use janky azz subpar pre built atomizers.
Just a generously large RBA deck.
And for FYI the Lemo line has been subohming longer than the so called subohm tanks.

I have two lemos and am well aware they sub ohm well used them for my short venture into it but they were also well suited to normal resistance vaping as well and the design lent itself equally well to both the lemo v2 has fallen far more into the sub ohm area in terms of design and the one picture I've seen of the build deck almost the same as lemo 1.

I would certainly hope that Eleaf wouldn't ever change the build deck thats one of the characteristics that makes the Lemo better than the competition.
Why ever would you change that?

as i got to know the lemo more over time i was hoping that a new revision would bring a change in the deck, personally i want a smaller chamber. i almost went gaga over it, but now that ive seen more its the same tank as the lemo 1, nothing new i cant live without. bottom filling im ok with, i dont play with the airflow. the one thing that i would like to see is a better vape quality at higher ohms, everything is subjective here and that being said im not happy with the lemo above 1.2 ohms and i dont think it gets good till you dip to .8 ohms, ill just pass on this one and keep my subtank mini rba ( which imho is the best out there).

Better screws would have been good I'm sure it's not hard to get flatter bottomed screws. I like the lemo but it could be improved and not all the improvements are big and I wouldn't want the level of airflow changed that was one of the things that made the tank really good and I like the look of the airflow on this version. Accessing the deck with juice in the tank would have been good for those times when you just need little tweaks to wicking or the coil.

Or for those times where you've run two tanks through on the same coil, and hoping to get a third because sometimes you can, but after filling and a working through a ml or so, you realize that dog won't hunt. Now, you're stuck with 4-5ml in the tank, and no good way to change the wick or coil. If this happens with the atlantis, Turn it over, pop out the old coil, pop in a new one.

Vape quality is subjective on all tanks and can be manipulated with different coils and wicks. Or do what i did, get the power tools out and mod the tank to give you what you need.
Yes, you dont have to and shouldnt have to mod the tank. BUT, no one has made a tank that I love, thus i had to mod the Lemo, to make it on to what I want out of a tank with out spending $100.

The way i look at it; since i spent the money and cant return it, might as well get the most out of it, instead of letting it sit in a box collecting dust, hoping that some one else comes up with a design that i want.

I am a big fan of the original Lemo. I have 3. I am looking forward to trying this one but I don't think I will build another small army. Reason is lower juice capacity. I love having 5ml at a time.

I agree, cutting the capacity to 3.5ml is a con to me which is why I never found drop to be appealing although I do own one.
When built the way I like it, and 30-35 watts on the DNA40 I go through a tank and a half a day as it is.

Hehe, that made me laugh. Done it so many times. Might as well have a dripper after the second tank, filling only 1ml at a time in fear of that.

I just picked up a second Lemo. The only hassel is filling it (if that's a problem to you),for me it's no big deal! I always check the coil/wick when refilling and if anything needs changed it's done then. Yes my Sub Tank Mini,is easier to remove the RBA with juice still in the tank, but the flavor is no where as good as the Lemo,so it's a little trade off,on either one. I use them both, but the Lemo seems to get the most use lately!:)

I believe the original Lemo (Drop and full size) is going to be difficult to beat. I hope they don't stop manufacturing the original in case the new one has "issues" ... my three original Lemos, which are my go-to, everyday tanks, are starting to get some miles on them but I won't hesitate to order some replacements of those if necessary. I am truly worried about solid connections with a potential floating pin on the new models. That said, I have three on pre-order. The build decks and chimney design on the Lemo (and Lemo II, it appears) will keep me coming back. It's all about flavor for me; and these things produce like no other.

its funny because i really feel the STM has the better flavor, guess it just gets chalked up to what people like
