IMHO, eleaf products are hugely underrated. I own 2 istick 30w's, and one 50w. These things have been indestructible so far. Excellent battery life, and they work like a charm day in and day out.
In addition, I have a Lemo Drop and I am simply amazed at the quality of this tank. The thing cost me as much as a Kayfun rep, but it is an authentic and it surely performs as one.
There are times in life when you feel that you're getting a fair deal and there is nothing more gratifying for me than having that feeling. Buying an eleaf product has recently become a source of this feeling and I am jumping on the Lemo II train as well.
Totally agree. I have the iStick 30w with the lemo drop, great combo. Excellent performance. They are also very rugged, I'm very clumsy and drop them several times a day lol

you know I would argue it isn't good for a beginner. If you screw up the build you have to empty the damn thing to fix it. Get a subtank mini...
I agree. Being able to adjust the build without draining is a great feature for a beginner. Wish I had that when I started with my Russian 91

Thanks guys - I'll keep reading and watching videos. It just that I went through two coil heads in as many weeks on my kanger aerotank and I was thinking having to get the coils all the time was going to be expensive and although those coils can also be rebuilt they are far too small and fiddly for someone as inexperienced as I am.
Get a coiling kit like a coil master, makes coil building easy

As much as I am loving the Lemo 2, I do find the flavor a bit muted when compared to the Lemo Drop...I assume this is due to the added chimney height and airflow.
My impressions have been the exact opposite, although in all fairness, I haven't run the same juice through both. My Drop goes to work with me and is loaded with my standard RY4. The Lemo2 stays at the ranch and waits for me to get home where I can kick back and really enjoy (dessert if you will). I have Watermelon in it now. As pleasant a vape as I've ever had. I run the AFC at about 20% open.

I had those thoughts initially. I then played with the airflow (dialed it back a little, about 30%) and thickened my wicking (these seem to wick a little better than the originals). With all of that, and once I got all the machine oil out of them, they've been absolutely fantastic for me. As good, maybe a little better than the originals for me.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Lemo 2 (I've got 2 more on the way!!) I think the flavor is good, just not quite as defined as the Lemo Drop...this is with the same juice, build and wicking (as close as possible anyways). Personally, I think it has to do with the wider bore and taller chimney...I tried dialing back the airflow to match the Lemo Drop, which I use wide open. I do love the improved airflow, drip tip and top fill on the Lemo 2...

2 Lemo 2s arrived today, they were absolutely soaked in machine oil so I gave them a bit of a scrub and then a boiling water bath. The screw that goes up through the base into the deck was very loose so that needed tightening. I pulled out the stock build and put in a nice big 1ohm spaced coil with a generous amount of cotton.

I'm loving it so far, running at 30w with the airflow half open, no sign of a dry hit, no leaks yet and I've filled it twice using the top fill hole. Flavour seems at least as good as the original, I will need to try a few different juices before I can be sure about the flavour though. I've run it up to 40w so far with no dry hits and I bet it'll go even higher but I only had my rDNA40 handy when I was testing it. Overall it seems much better construction than the original, thicker glass and thicker steel, all the connections seem rock solid, resistance is reading dead on and not jumping around like the originals used to. The 510 pin is not adjustable and I would prefer it isn't, the 510 pin sticks out enough to allow the use of it on a hybrid but doesn't stick out so far that it should have issues sitting flush on many devices. I'll have to do a nickel build in the next few days because I think it should work very well with the Lemo 2.

One thing to be careful of are the deck screws, I stripped one of them a little bit by using a screwdriver that was the wrong size, just go easy and don't try to tighten them too much and you'll be fine though.

Not the threads that were stripped--just the socket on top of the screw that shows being a little rough, right?

How are the threads themselves?
