Can low resistance atomizers be used on the Riva? Do any LR atties work on it or would I need a specific type of LR atty with a specific type of threading? I'm planning on purchasing the ones available on May 10th for $3. Will these work on Riva? Sorry if I sound repetitive. I only use LR atties now so if I get the Riva, it's gotta work.

Anyone who already owns a Riva want to chime in...have you tried it with the LR and how is it?

Any 510-class LR atty should fit on the Riva threads and fit under the atty cone. Fair warning, some believe that the cone may cause LR atties to retain too much heat, adding to their early demise.

Personally I have used LR atties from two different manufacturers on the Riva. No problem, no worries.

Looking forward to getting some of the EM units when they become available.

Now don't you listen to that Di, I think the hijinx, campiness and fun to be had here are good selling points for becoming an East Mall customer! :D:D:D Newcomers (with senses of humor anyway) probably feel like they walked in on a bunch of old friends kidding around, and helping make each others' day a little more interesting (awwww, isn't that sweet? I'm just a lil angel I am!!:D).

Hiya, hotone

it is OK, it is easy to forget, and slip of the tongue is easy to do,

anyways, --------------

I am not up on the battery going down proceedure at this time,
I am sure others will let us know as they get into people's hands now ------------------

as to the battery conditioning ----- Yes, --

please follow the instructions in the manual, the battery conditioning is important to get it conditioned
and started properly on it's life cycle.
What kind of battery is in that thing? I thought most of the batteries in these e-cigs are Li-ion. Are you saying the Riva uses an inferior battery? It's a well known fact that Li-ions have no memory.
Here is a link to the history of Li-ion and how they work.

Although I do not understand your reasoning for saying something like this.

If you were to have the instruction booklet and read it from the maker of the battery, you would see the recommendation there.

Please read the booklet that came with your device, and follow the direction as stated there.

thanks

Is lithium-ion the ideal battery?
