a) Other than the flat switch are the Mjolnir the same as a standard pipe? Just making sure I "get" it.

b) What do you mean by color combinations? Assuming you mean different patternings due to the Damascus process but wondering if you mean something else?

c) Will you be doing the VV option for these?

They are the same concept just a different shape basically. Im also pretty sure there will be no VV. He likes to keep his mods fairly simple so they work consistently but I cant speak for matt. Just my guess

Re: the VV, I wasn't thinking built-in, we just got done a couple pages back going over the concept of Matt having a VV option that is tested for the pipes ahead of time with some configuration options. That's what I mean ...

I'm basically just wondering if the VV option will be either available at the time that the Damascus hits OR be able to be added-on later (I'm not completely clear from the prior pages if the VV option will need to be ordered at the same time as the pipes it will be an option for).

Also still curious about the color options. If it is for enamel in the engraving rather than patterning, that also makes sense.

PS. Matt, I think some of us would toss in extra to get on a waiting list :hint:

The colors Matt is referring to are for the wooden hammers like before I would imagine. As far as a list is concerned... yes many of the major EPM fans would love guaranteed items like many other Modders do, but as far as I know Matt doesn't do lists for his mods. We have ample warning to save funds, and we are often the first to know when they hit the site. So IMHO, we are as close to guaranteed as it's gonna get. If Matt only makes 30 units, then there are still gonna be a few of us die hards without one.

Simple solution, make more!! ('',)

The reason I'd like to see a list, along with guaranteeing one for myself, would be to gauge just how many would in fact like to buy one.

As it stands, I don't mind stalking at sale time, so long as I get notice and ensure I'm available at the time: D

This is for anyone who likes the killer, I just ordered a simillar device by atmistique called the diver it is same concept as the killer but fits in tanks alot easier and will be adding a drippers adapter. They just went up 4 sale now

Fthis can go in the slim tanks.

I managed to get the killer in a 3.5ml dct tank there, nice and slim but not enough capacity :p

absinthuer posted this 1 page back and this is what I meant by different color combonations.
mokume and m3 comes in a variety of colors. I picked 10 different ones for mjolnirs.
in addition there will be around 10 different wood types. No dye jobs this time.

the CNC does not want to co-operate on the engraving for the logo. So I think we will be using the same old symbol as before.
after running the symbol on the CNC and comparing the old burn with the CNC engraving, the contrast from the brand looked 1000 times better anyway. The only issue here is will we be able to brand M3? If the brand doesn't take well, the M3 mjolnir may have to go naked. Hopefully we will find a resolution.

as far as a list goes, I know it sounds silly that we would be to busy to compile a list, but its actually a lot more work than it sounds.
we are struggling to get into a retail space and hire more help but that is taking up a ton of time we don't have to spare either.
hope you guys understand, we are doing the best we can with what we have.

Speaking of being behind and too busy, unfortunately there will be no pipes going up this Friday.
We are still down 1 lathe and the distractions of the week have not allowed me to wire up the 1 rack I have done.
Brian has not been able to turn a single bowl since before vapefest. I'm hoping his new lathe will get here tomorrow or Friday.
