SammyT you sent me for a whirl! I read that while at work and my head started spinning...I seriously felt incredibly dumbz for a few minutes trying to figure out why my brain was running backwards hahaha

I got reckless and courageous, took the dremel and bored it out with a 3/64 bit, 1/16 looked scary big :)

The ERA at the bit alive, couldn't even get through all the way so its a hair less than 3/64, but got through enough, draw is perfect now!

What a lucky horse ;)

 glad it worked out for ya :). I used a drill at a slow speed and took my time chewing through the metal and it didnt eat the bit up at all... maybe that is the best way to do it for those attempting this.
It's tough to drill through SS with a flimsy soft bit, just take your time. I used a little juice as lubricant :D

i really can't remember as it came unspecified. but the silica was thin, 1 or 1.5 mm, the wire also was thin, a bit less then 0.2 mm (0.32 awg). i prefer 1.5 - 2 mm silica. i guess you can run any thickness of wire on the ERA, depending on what voltage you want to use. haven't tried 0.28 awg kanthal yet, i think this is reserved for mesh rebuildables (what is possible with the ERA too, has been showed in this thread).

I´m having a little trouble finding wich type of coil to make with the ERA, I made a few by measuring the lenght of wire, using a screw and sometimes using more wick, sometimes less... I´m still looking for a good setup.

I was thinking of opening up a thread for sharing wick & coil setups that work for the Reo´s, what do you think?

Sounds ok to me. I've done several different ohm setups with 32 & 34 Kanthal with 5/6 wraps 2-3" of 3mm silica looped once and always seem to get a good vape. Rarely do I check the ohms and only using them on my VV Reos so I just turn it up as hot as I can without burning my juice

Sent while Hyper Vapin a Trippy Tipped Reo
