So Vapor Shark has two new 75s or is this just a pre-production picture of the much different SwitchBox?

Interesting, that looks like my VS DNA200 box, says out of stock. I preordered the switchbox version, but looking at their site just now, the switchbox link only shows the replaceable covers. Odd.

Having a problem with me sdna 75, would like some input if possible. Okay problem happens on several rta's running twisted 316l ss wire if that makes a difference. But I will set the mod in this case, in power mode for 17.5w, hit fire and I can see the wattage climb to over 50+, burns the crap outa my mouth, and then flashes 'ohms too high'. I have no clue what is going wrong. Usually i can pull the battery out, and re-insert it and that will solve the problem, but not recently. I haven't hooked up escribe yet, but that's my next step when I get a moment. Right now I'm using a single .47-.49ohm twisted 316l ss wire in a merlin and serpent mini rta. Both work fine on my dna 200 and other mods.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks

There is a CSV that's for Kanthal/Nichrome preheat. Is that by chance installed on your mod?
Well I believe I have figured out out. Turned out kanthal\wattage mode was sensing a temperature controlled wire type. It was boosting for the first second in think, so I turned it off in escribe, seems to be working good so far. Thanks all

I don't know, it seems like if it was in wattage mode, it should stay in that mode. Particularly if it's SS which can be used TC or wattage.
When Daniel set up the SDNA75, he supposedly purposely used a modified kanthal TC curve equivalent Profile & Called it Power Mode to allow the use of pre-heat on a non-TC build.

Forgot about that because I use SS Exclusively in TC mode & almost never use Power Mode anymore (hard to imagine even wanting to). If I wanted to use SS in power mode I would still use the SS material & turn off TC mode by raising the temp above 600, but that's just me.

The thought never even occurred to me that wrong TC Curve could be causing excessive Pre-heat! Sorry & glad he/you got it sorted!
