So, had some (rare) spare time this afternoon, so I pulled out the Fogger v2 that was just a flooding mess... and I think I finally have repeatable success.
Followed Scrappy's lead and dug out my (pre-boiled) Peaches & Cream #4 cotton yarn. I like this idea for wick, as yarn has a much more consistent wick density/diameter/whatever than just the "take a pinch off a cotton ball" approach I was using.
I removed one of the threads (leaving 3) and fed it through my 0.9ohm microcoil (28ga Kanthal, 1/16th drill bit ID). Getting all 3 strings through the coil was a bit of a challenge, as one bunched up on me, but it wasn't very tight once I got that sorted... so no concerns over choking the coil once it expands. Snipped it off with just a tuft (maybe 1/2mm) left outside, and I installed the under-chimney o-ring.
So far, vaping really, really well. No flooding/gurgling and great, saturated flavor. It seems to be keeping up with my chain vaping.
I'm hoping this is the secret with this thing, because when you get a good setup, it's a absolutely fantastic vape...
