you got it. my bud from ottawa and I would take our work truck and head into golden. we'd get back and he'd flip, you crossed a border with a truckload of meat? ya well we needed kokanee. think I'm driving my own car?

funny that, turned out I preferred ales and heineken haha. but I spent my teens and young adult life in the kootenays so it was local beer. funny how we can be so patriotic about stuff sometimes. media brainwashing

Can anyone point to a link that explains the HC actions for us American vapers to read?

The problem is that IMO HC hasn't really explained their actions, lol. This thread contains the letter that was sent to vendors, http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/canada-forum/175827-vapables-no-more-nic.html and this thread contains the current regulations of nicotine in Canada http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...chedule-f-food-drug-regulations-nicotine.html

My perspective was that HC thought this might be dangerous for us. Someone brought up a great point. You can still sell non nic juice. I believe that if HC was genuine about their concerns they would want to test the effects of non nic juice too.
I don't understand this either. In their letter, they attack electronic smoking devices as a whole, not just the nicotine. Is the nicotine the only thing they have the power to control or are they capable of taking our hardware away as well?

It sounds like you guys are in the same boat as we have always had in Australia, no nic juice from the vendors. Assuming you can still sell PV's locally and import nic juice anyway.
We still have a thriving ecig market with new vendors opening up all the time.
Allowed to buy 3 months supply of nic juice from overseas at a time, and supposedely 16 months ? supply in a 12 month period. How that is added up and recorded I have no idea.

Don't lose heart .. don't close shops .. vape on.

We aren't allowed to import it either. They have been cracking down and seizing shipments at the border.

ahh sorry, that really bites then. I now see your angst.
I don't know know how any self respecting health organisation could operate like that.
I hope you can organise something and turn em around with some sensible politicking.

If not .. mass migrate to oz, we get on ok with you crazy canucks. You'd be right at home almost, even got snow at times.

Makes me think back to stories my dad told me about "back in the old days". he use to smuggle liquor across the border with the band. he would fill his drums with bottles. one time they exploded lol. that was back during the prohibition crap. just try and keep an irishman away from liquor.... it just isn't going to happen
