Try the .20 kantal. That gives a warmer vape and more TH.The 0.16 is cooler.
The flavor tasting bad I only hear of when the wick is oxidized too much. Thast is the case when it is a more dark to black color. Dont know if that is the case with yours though.

Also read alot that the flavours can taste different then with what was used before like a cartomizer or something.
But all cases I read about they said it was better. I made the same expierience with mine.

I got my LV two days ago. I really like it. Thanks Tai Pan.

I use it with 3.7V batteries. I put Kanthal 0.2 on it, and the total resistance is 1.6 Ohms. I had to do 4 turns of Kanthal to get 1.6 Ohms, which makes a lot of vapor. I'm wondering what your desirable setup is.
I only have the P18 and P+ so am using the same. 3.7V. I prefer the 0.16 Kanthal with the cooler vape with less TH.
One I use with 3 wraps and the other with 4 wraps to get 1.8 and 2.2 Ohms. Looking forward to try a kick with it but have not tried that yet.

For your info thinner wire usually gives a hotter vape and if you go to a kick it is limited to 2 amps, that would be a 2.5 ohm coil at 5V and 3ohms at 6V. So more wraps.
