Just got a PM from Warped3k, in NC, might be able to make it if he can get all the way down here, said most likely but not definite heheh.
some one who saw the thread and wanted more info, so I PMed him back and he told me he was interested in coming. so I thought I would let whoever is keeping up with head counts know so he can add as a maybe.
Yup, I am probably going to be coming down, not 100% sure yet, but most likely I will.

Hampton Inn - 69$ a night special rate.
Also, Dimitris from the VP Live Vape Team will be in attendance shooting footage for an upcoming episode and possibly some footage for "We Are Vapers" An Exploration into the World of Harm Reduction documentary. I would like to give him an opportunity at some point to explain this project to our audience.

For the Juice Samples we are going to have a Juice bar where everyone can bring their atomizers and drip a little to try flavor. This will be a great way to explore new flavors and find new juices!!!!!
Also, we are looking to offer a swap offering for people who have vape gear they no longer want, but need a good home.
And last but not least, I know everyone has a stash of juices that just did not match their taste buds lying around. Bring those with you as we will have a container that people can contribute to and take from. Should be fun and easy way to clean out the vape juice closset!!!

I am happy to announce a couple of new additions to the event:
Clouds of Vapor will be attending our meet-up, making the trip from sunny Florida. As well Cherry Vapes will be donating Juices and drip tips for sampling and for the raffle. We are still working to finalize some more things so keep an eye out for additions to the event here.

Mrs's T's has a valid point and complaint.....something that should be discussed......
Yes, need to pass it along to the committee or see what people feel on here about it. Just realized we forgot to include them in the sample promotion list. Ooops.
What is her point/complaint? I know I'm not a member of the planning committee or anything, but would like to see all conflicts of interests discussed openly in an effort to promote both maximum enjoyment and fairness towards everyone.
She started a thread regarding raffles and give-away contests at meets where a vendor is allowed to win a prize of a competitor. I think it was a poll, it was posted yesterday. So basically her question was should vendors be allowed to enter into a raffle or give-away at a meet up.
