I could not cope in a traditional way. ooSTURMoo invented especially for me a different kind of connection. For me it is easier.

As long as it works for you thats all that matters but do ever check to see what ohm coil you have made with a multimeter.... also does doing it that way ever cause an issue with melting the top plastic???

I connection the wire resistancetogether with silver. At this point, is not so warm.

When she's building the coil, the silver wire is pushed into the cup so it's getting twisted with the res wire in the area that contacts the upper plastic, it shouldn't get hot there. I'm gonna have to give this a go, looks like it might be useful if you have to make a coil "on the fly".

This is a very simple solution. It is easier to connect the two types of wire.
I do not have to, first impose the right amount of KANTHAL, just wrap as many turns as I want - then we connect it with another wire.
