So I have seen now what everyone is talking about some great info to take into consideration.
So when your build does not exceed 200C or 450F it is considered safer then smoking. I believe Imeo has been saying this for years now or close to this temp range.
Great starting point, so now I have to remember the temps that PG and or VG break down and don't forget the flavourings.

So a device designed to two meet these two parameters and doesn't allow dry burns would be great
So the Proteus on level 3 covers two of my concerns the juice and flavourings hmmm

OK I will use this for now
PG boiling point is 188.2 celsius, VG bp is 290 Celsius

I love my VG juice but I believe I heard it breaks down before its boiling point have to find this out now.
So I'm vaping 100% VG diluted +10% water. 18 watts, 235 Celsius.
Hmmm! Sounds reasonably safe methinks. So this :evil:is an exaggeration a bit.

How do I say this everyone has the right to vape how they want even if every device was regulated to a safe range if we didn't like it we would modify it to are liking I think 18 watts 235 C is reasonably safe as well but big brother wont think so. I smoked as much as I could every day for 30 some odd years and this habit has transferred it self to vaping but I know I am in a lot better shape now much much better. Vape on everyone and knowledge is power for you to use how you want.

So I'm curious about how Imeo vapes safe. PG, VG, nic strength, max temp.? I'm sure he wrote about this but I can't find it.

And lets face, he's probably the go to guy.:oops::rolleyes:
my style of vape yaya:
1 mouth to lung as when I was smoking (for several reasons)
2 no flavors at all, just pure VG because flavor contains harmful ingredients
3 never burn the wires-springs because metal oxides are harmful
4 Only Zr for wire or spring that is a biocompatible material
5 check my atomizer often to avoid dry hits
6 Nicotine at 6 mg. Nic is poisson and has to be avoided as much as we can
7. Never vape on ceramic atomizers because broken pieces of the ceramic may go to lungs and stay there so vaping can easily be more dangerous than smoking and its bad results may come way sooner than smoking

Simple rules to keep me safe.

of course Adam. The new Zr wire that is sold the last 4 months is not springy at all :)
I bought a long time ago and it was to springy for me so I gave up. But I guess I haven't been paying attention I had no idea that it had changed. That changes everything. It would be ok to make a twisted wire with Zr that is my favorite wire.

I agree Adam. For now please keep using the sptingy one and make your coils with coil master. The springy Zr is the best material to make your own springs via a coil master
Yes I have one and will I am using the 27AWG what size would you use for a spring for the armed to get the right size 1.5mm ? Thanks Adam

the outer diameter of the spring has to be at 3,6mm Adam, so if you use a 2,5mm rod you will be ok as I see it
A little late, as I have not been on the forum in a long time.
Yes, 2.5 on the coil maker is perfect for the 27G Zr wire to use with Springomizer Tilemahos Armed.

Armed is Amazing. I have not had any leaks through the airhole...EVER, and that makes it leaps and bounds better than 90% of rebuildable atomizers on the market.
