I'm finding every human interaction I have today to be a negative one. It seems everything everyone has said to me has been stupid and frustrating, trying to remain positive but it's like some people's sole reason for existing is to send bad vibes to others like a dark radio beacon. Anyone ever know someone like that? They walk into a room and you can just feel the darkness on them, like their soul is just sucking anything good out of the room? Yikes, some people can't see the positive in anything. Hitting the vape hard this afternoon.

The humidity has arrived--along with temps in the 90's and 100's. Not too bad where I live, but we're starting to see some overcast. Wonder if we'll get any rain...?

I saw the weather last night and I can't believe how crazy the heat is on the west coast, you guys just can't catch a break between the drought, fires and now this heat wave. I feel for ya!

Thanks Katz! I'd love to go for a walk right now and de-stress but it feels like the surface of the sun outside, hopefully the asphalt cools enough that I can take my dog for a walk before it gets too dark. We have a roaming pack of coyotes around my neighborhood and I'm extra careful with my pooch.

About to put some Pinoy Punch in the tank, getting close to dry. This is some weird and exotic juice but I really like it, glassmanoak gave me the hookup with two bottles of it instead of one, a 6mg and a 12mg so I have one for dripping and one for a tank. Super cool.

We got a nice cool sea breeze at my house which has wiped away most of the heat and some of the humidity for now. It's actually rather pleasant except for the low clouds. Looking out my window, it looks like the sun is still blazing away about a mile or two inland. So glad I live near the coast!

We got a nice cool sea breeze at my house which has wiped away most of the heat and some of the humidity for now. It's actually rather pleasant except for the low clouds. Looking out my window, it looks like the sun is still blazing away about a mile or two inland. So glad I live near the coast!

I really miss it, grew up in Ventura myself. I can't wait to visit in August and see the beach again.

I've never had a light bulb explode before.. I just put a new one in yesterday.

Several years ago, we were having one of those supercell thunderstorms with so much continuous lightning you could have stood outside and read a book. I was at the back door, watching the storm, when lightning hit the plumbing vent on our roof. The concussion knocked me on my ..... The vent was metal on the roof, but changed to PVC down the wall behind a freezer. The bolt jumped there to the freezer, fried the compressor, but gained access to the house's circuitry from there and fried several other appliances. It blew the porch light bulb and the glass cover over it. It took days to find all the glass, up to 20 feet away from the fixture.
