Sadly, life is not fair. But that's life. So what are we going to do about the things we might be able to change? Can we educate the public? Probably. Does that include congress? You might educate them, but they all (both sides) have already been bought and paid for, and only threats to their continued income (I.e., vote them out) will change anything.that anyone can steal.....well it's not fair
@bellastar just went through that myself. Didn't have to wait for a new card though... bank has a card machine in every branch...
The problem is that those who recognize this fact rarely run for office--and, when they do, face an uphill battle in fundraising and endorsements from the entrenched powers that be. And the ones that can shrug off the pressure because they are independently wealthy and/or can make enough noise to remain in the public consciousness are usually buffoons or pushing their own warped ideas. Thus, the morally disenfranchised remain apathetic to politics, leaving it firmly in the hands of bought-and-paid for variety.Let the weekend begin, and you are right fuzzy both sides are bought and paid for and do not work for the people anymore.
