The storm was coming in, the lightning fierce. Shawn and Fuzzy were thankful, the farms and animals needed that rain. Crack went the lightning, Boom it was near. The lightning show was intense, thankfully Angel had prepared for this. Crack.

My 1st ever pre-order shipped from NJ last Tuesday, with an expected delivery of Friday, but it still hasn't left the acceptance facility.

The point of pre-ordering was to get it as soon as possible. Now, there are used ones being sold in the classies.

That'll teach me. I totally should have waited...

Mornin all...my hosts are still fast asleep and I am up and having coffee...they are not vapers or smokers, so am banished to the outdoors during my stay...not so bad when it warms up, but it is quite chilly out there right now! Brrrrrrrrr!
I can't believe we are already in late September!!

@mac63 Hope you get some good naps in today...What kind of "fruit" is that hanging from your last pfoto..looks tropical...like something on the Island of Angel

@tiggerrts ..glad u r feeling better and that you found the pedialyte..that wasn't around when I was a kid, but it's good stuff when you really need it. I also had friends up in AK who I could call to check on me and drop off some grocieries. That was a Life Saver, as I could order Ginger Ale or noodle soup,yogurt and OJ.
Gonna take a walk about in the other "neighborhoods" while nothing is stirring. I have been promised pancakes..with REAL maple syrup, bacon and I don't know what else...so looking forward to that!
Will most likely be in more radio silence most of today as more travelling and outdoorsing is on the menu.
Oh...I hear stirring...let the bacon begin!
