Just came in from workin'... All the wood that got split yesterday is now stacked. Went in the shop to cut up a big pile of limbs (two more wheelbarrows of firewood, also stacked, and a box of kindling). Had to quit because the battery on Thor's Hammer (SXmini) died and one simply cannot put up with no vapes, so I'm back down here in the dungeon for a spell. Thankfully, that nasty rain quit, so evening chores won't be as hard.

Perfect weather for red beans and rice. Made some rice and have a big pot of spicy red beans with some ham hock and andouille sausage ready......smells soooo good.

10/23 - 6: TIOA sns 3 eps 11: No more they said and went out into the night, the pumpkins lit up the maze. Into it they went and had a jolly time, some were still getting lost: but the laughter was good. The decorations made the perfect nuance, some with smiley faces, some more gloomy. It was festive and good.......
MMMMM...... I love gumbo too, it just takes so long to cook the roux down right. What kind of gumbo did ya'll have?10/23

Almost looks like one of those rednecks on the hunting shows as he says, "Bubba, we gonna magnetize them dares wif dis here scope," then takes a drink from his paper bag. Honest, I am not and never was one of those dufus types.
Payday is next week and we need to stock up on a few flavors.
