@LynnNC - Another reason I'm glad I don't watch TV. I stream shows, so I never have to deal with commercials. Commercials are obnoxious for many reasons, but around the holidays even more so. IMHO, I believe they intend to make viewers feel inadequate, so they will buy things to make themselves feel better/whole, etc.

Going to bed soon tree peeps. Kind of wore myself out this evening and am feeling a bit tired. Yay.
Sending a big hug to everybody tonight/today so just close your eyes and let yourself feel the warm loving feeling for however long you need. Some of you may need to stoop down as I am only 5'2"
No matter if I know who you " really" are or not, know that I have you all in my thoughts. So, you can never think to yourself that "Nobody cares". Because I care and I am a pretty awesome somebody. Just like you all are

Zero house internet.grrrr. phone is hard to type on. At least that's the worst of my day.
Others have better words than I but I wanted you both to know my heart is with you. It is a tough time of year for so many in so many ways. Don't apologize for looking to us your adopted long distance family to help get through it. Or for needing time alone/away of that's what it takes to get through it. Extra special hugs and positive energy for all who struggle with this time. Some over use it, and some don't say it enough but you are truely part of a family here and are surrounded by it's love careing and compassion

Sorry I'm not very talkative lately. Depression always seems to start around this time for me. I know Christmas is coming, it's just very hard for me to get into Christmas with no family around other than my kids. I really feel like it's just us on a deserted island. And yes I'm very grateful that I have my kids and grandson it's just very lonely because the commercials, the talks all seem centered around it being a family time. I'm still reading along though.

I've been averagin' 5 - 6hrs of sleep per night for the past week and I can't do coffee.
I'm hopin' to catch up on some much needed rest this weekend, which starts earlier for me since I've taken tomorrow off!
