Made it back from Sam's and Walmart already, was pretty quick today. I was kinda hungry so I grabbed a few lean cuisine meals to keep on hand up here...and some uncrustables lol.. I love those things. I always say I'm getting them for the kids but guess who always eats them haha.. Think I'll have one now

10/101 - 2: Many calls made, will save me time and gas, more to do. Found the out of state company on-line, filled out the application, what a pain. Every time I clicked on one of the fields it would move up a page or two, two or three attempts to add info in one field. Now I am not sure it has emailed, as that button does not work as well, though a tried another way. Will not even save to the computer, so off to get some ink that I can not really afford. SMH, and turn in another app I filled out. Called one company, they only go through the union, then called the union. To get going a $100 dues fee for the month and get started, can not afford, and they want me to upgrade my license first, another $100 I can not afford. Trying to stay calm about all this, but it getting scary.

I hear you there Tiggs........I found a couple of online places that were like that........and I don't know either if my resume went through............ I am not liking this online applying at all..........I prefer the in-person approach.....then at least I stand a chance.....

Lots of catching up to do. Had a great weekend playing in San Francisco with my friend, ferry to Sausalito, Blue Angels air show, all with great weather.
It's back to the real world and the fog has moved in.
Hope this week goes well for all and definitely much better for some.

It was a beautiful weekend in the bay! We weren't there for the Blue Angels, but saw them a bunch.

Morning time here. Body still out of sync - fell asleep on the couch last night, wife woke to go to bed at 9. Was tired but still took awhile to get back to sleep then woke up at 5.

10/10 - 5: Got the ink and thought why not. Printed out applications to a few places, only those who answered the phone and said they were interested included. Save three companies which I will visit tomorrow, after mailing one to Florida, and driving the others, four in total. Amazing how draining it can be, with research and all that. One thing applying to the post office did for me, I have everything....... dates of employment, where I lived blah blah blah.

Hey @mac63 remember back in the day, when I would wake up from writers block and post at two in the morning and you hit like within seconds? LOL wow that seems an age ago. Glad you are with your family though.

Congrats jpf880 and westhc..........thank you Count for following up with that...
I am home now.....and of course I qualify...this was for caregiving.....and I just have to wait on the B/G check (that I did one the week before) so I should hear back from them in a couple days......I got frustrated with the other one as they never called me last week...this one seems to be better organized.....and she said there will be on in my neighborhood....
Tiggs that was a sweet video...........I think puppies can cure everything......and good lick with your apps.............
