Bacon wrapped venison burgers for dinner last night, with pepper jack cheese and tomatoe and onion

Then a nice fire out back, to help clear some brush that has been piling up, it even attracted one of the neighbors

He was a big raccoon , musta been 25lbs, old and grey.
I hope that all are well, starting on this supermoon, mday and new w week.

Good morning, everyone. I spent most of the day yesterday on the couch; the swelling in my knee has subsided for the most part, but I plan on being careful how I walk on it for the next couple of days before I start exercising it. Too bad my picks for the early games all failed--I guess I should give up rooting for teams. Glad the Seahawks won, though.

Today marks the beginning of a week of half-days for my son: parent-teacher conferences. Then both kids have a week off for Thanksgiving....

@CountBoredom at least your team has won a game.

True... but they won just enough to give hope that maybe, somehow, someway, they might make it to the playoffs--and they always make it a game to the bitter end. I still contend that the Chargers are a leading cause of heart attacks in the region.

Besides, Cleveland has a couple of other teams that have been doing well recently. San Diego, not so much.

@CountBoredom - Sorry you were laid up yesterday. Wishin' you a speedy recovery!

It wasn't too bad--it merely gave me an excuse to watch football and other TV... Thanks for the thoughts, though.

Bored at work check in.... paid property taxes today, scheduled anger management , meet with lawyer after work, and fought with bed bugs (yes they are real, and yes they are horrible ) last of the deer burgers for dinner when i get home. and relaxing after that, as long as no one calls my work phone......

Got off work, got home and had some dinner. It's been a strange but decent day here. Glad it is time to relax in a bit. First a trip to the store to make an exchange on a tool that I bought yesterday and it broke today. :-\

YAY Mandi..........I am glad....it should stay that way for awhile if you want to say it again tonight before bed it might help to keep it going longer....
