Made it to work a little bit ago, alot to do today, my deli employees are off on vacation this week so I will be working my job plus there jobs.. But I figured it wouldn't be to bad because we have alot of people on vacation so the employee deli should be slow, and I have a cubicle set up in their so that I can just work straight out of the deli in case anyone comes in wanting food... I don't know why I decided to let both girls take vacation at the same time lol... Well I do know, they are younger girls and both of their families planned trips to go see grandparents etc... So what the heck it shouldn't be to bad trying to do both jobs at once lol

Anyways I guess I better get moving. Have a great day everyone

Well - "MoringNite" - "Tree People" . . .

Not awake or mentally coherent yet at all, but trying to get motivated . . .

So I'm havin' "My" COFFEE . . .

Uncle we will have to get together, I do not know how to make lasagna, I am sure if I tried I could, but I beat you make a great one. I can do ribs, or steaks for you. Good night all, and no I did not eat too much, but in the first time of almost three years did the smallest turkey I could find, going to be eating it again tomorrow, maybe the next day, but it is rather small. Have a good one, good night all.

Well - Thanks for the compliment, however I don't know what to really say . . . The homemade fresh tomato gravy w/meat & Lasagna I made the other day took "Me" about 10+ years at "My" Grandmother and Aunt's side to learn how to make properly (although I have occasionally added an occasional extra ingredient every now and then - also I make a really veggie lasagna & mixed meat/veggie lasagna - has Green/White/Red layers to look like the Italian flag

& then there is one using Philadelphia Cream Cheese added into the mix too ) . . . So I don't know about us standing side by side to teach Ya' that recipe right now (BTW: Still having health problems and getting "stuff" repaired - hopefully will getting back to some more normal stuff soon - just sayin' . . . ) However, I'm sure @liblue1 can send you her recipe . . . Oh and there are a few very good recipes available on the internet & "YouTube" videos too . . . Just search for "Classic Italian Lasagna" (NOT - An American Lasagna - NOT GOOD ) or "Meat Lasagna" or "Lasagna Bolognese" . . . One more thing, next time Ya' want to have Turkey - think about getting just a Turkey Breast or a couple of Turkey legs/thighs to make. not as much left overs for one person to eat all at once . . . Just Sayin' . . .

12/27 - 2: Checking in, I did only make a turkey breast, the smallest they had and still a few meals, which is okay I like turkey. Yeah I can look up the recipe but thought since yours was ado good out would be yummy. Looks great Mandi I will take one.

I can't send a recipe either....I just kinda make it up as I go along too....it depends on what all I have on hand....sometimes w/ real sausage meat...but usually with fake ground meat...and ricotta....I kinda follow the recipe on the back of the box and add as I go.....but I always make my own sauce.......that's the secret.....and fresh mushrooms...(I like it thick......).........
Healing energy to you Uncle.....and all those in need....I know there is a lot of mental healing going on this week......
I think I am going to do some running around today....there's a couple things I wanted to do...

Going pretty good here at W today. Got a fair amount of special orders in but it's been slow so they are done. Out in just under 2 hours today. Should go pretty quick.

12/27 - 3: W day done, would have been nice had anyone let me know there was W yesterday. Another whoa moment driving, as I am on the way back. As I look forward I am stunned as the angle and turn of the truck was just night right and wondered "Is that smoke and sparks?" Sure enough as I make it around the bend and can see better the side compartment is laid over just burning away on the highway as the truck just went on their way. Glad my path took me the other way.
