./me waits patiently for a Spheroid Lux in either diameter

I've been thinking the same thing! Perseas, you listenin'?

We are working on a 22/23 Spheroid as you know. A Lux Edition of it needs some thought, I wouldn't like to make the chamber from aluminium bronze. Something will be done, we keep experimenting with different approaches for a colour integration, we'll see.

After some much needed yard work, I will be building on the GT tonight.

In other news, my wife's spare Spheroid has been in the Vape House for a few weeks, which tells me she isn't using it. Time to make my move and take back what's rightfully mine!!

I will build the micro/cotton using the SnC I was gifted. Xtreme ;)

Q, glad to see you trying the micro in your Spheroid. It is an amazing vape. Thinking the yarn will hold its form better than the "balls"(shh)

When I built the Spheroid with the cotton yarn it also was a bit unshapely. It lasted longer than balls and was able to be rinsed with ease.
This is my only issue with it in the spheroid. I think I mentioned, the wisps of cottoncling on the fluff like Velcro when refilling and wear it out. I am looking into a stiffer hemp medium.
I honestly can't get enough of the Spheroid so maybe I revert back to Eko?

Hello everyone...another new member here! Like hype said, I have been reading for a long time, but finally decided to become a member. I've had my Paps SS v2.5 w/18500 & 18650 tubes for a few months now & absolutely love it...along w/my SnP's (22mm & 23mm) currently housing a Sophia in each. The best mech mod that I own to date! That is until I get a GPX tomorrow...if I'm lucky. Reading this thread has been very helpful to me for a long while & really appreciate all of you for that. Thanks to all that are on here & to Perseas...you are a genius! You definitely have a life long customer here sir!

As I'm catching up in this thread usually marking my progress with ECF's "like" system I noticed we have some newcomers to the GP family this week. It's a relief to feel like I'm not the only one who saw the Light from Greece recently. But I promise I will not do my Dimitri impersonation, "Hello my fellow vapers" on youtube, folks. After this post I'm going to go back to catching up, in the weee hours of the mornin' Now I sound Scottish.

Howdy Kane76, RedhatPat here. Feel free to call me RHP, Pat, anying 'cept flatlander. You're smarter than me, because I didn't lurk before I subscribed to this thread. I just hop on in after my buddy digitals or qorax pointed me here. I'm new too so I'm right there along with ya brother. Did you have any trouble getting your Sophia inside your 22mm GPSnP tank? I can't so far. :(

The greatest thing you will receive with your first GP-series Mod (Paps X was a gr8 choice - the threads alone are like butter, so much so that you could unthread it with one hand) is this thread right here. Also don't forget to subscribe to http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...notifications-tips-tricks-updates-thread.html because, to me, service after the sale is what stands out more than the glorious shine of any of VapourArt creations. With the proper knowledge these devices and batteries will outlive you so ya might wanna update your Will when/if you decide to make us your home in Mechland or Delivery Deviceland.

It's not only a technical support thread but if your GP becomes your main rig or heavily rotated then this becomes like a social support group. Usually the socialites here, even the one's who don't post a bunch, are the way they are because they finally conquored Big Tobacco without the help of Big Pharma or the FDA and choose to take time out of their day (or to fill a void) to help folks like you and me stay the course (and have some fun along the way spending money or saving it -- depending on if you see the glass as half empty, half full, or the glass is too big).

I'm 1 year 1 month and 16 days off a 2.5-3 PAD habit that lasted a little over 20-yrs, without relapsing. Combustable smoking is repulsive to me unless it's depicted on the Twilight Zone (aired from 1959-1964) old black & white episodes.

I can't wait to hear your story one day, brother. Have a slew of censored obscenities, Big Tobacco and Big Pharma! .... you and your ....... profits and your ....... addiction enhancers and your ............. ineffective replacement therapies and your ........ yachts and exotic cars bought and paid for on the backs of your victims!

Ah. Better now. Have a great weekend and thank you all for the lifechanging gift of vaping!

RHP

I could not get my Sophia into my 22mm SnP until I replaced the o-rings with the extra red silicone rings. Currently, I'm using only 3 red rings; 2 in the bottom, and only one in the cap. Seems to do the trick. Good luck. It's a tight fit.

Unfortunately, I haven't a Σοφια yet to test it. if anybody has paired this atomizer with a GP SnP 22 mm, feel free to post his experience.

I received my Sophia yesterday and have it in a new 22mm SnP purchased on the Oct 24 vapour day. I have two original black o-rings in the bottom, two red o-rings in the top. It was a tight fit, but I was worried that the juice control wouldn't turn if I used red o-rings on the bottom too.

I had to be very liberal with juice on the black rings and on the body of the Sophia, and inserted the Sophia from the top rather than from the bottom. It went over the red rings easily, but getting over the black rings took quite a lot of work. I held the tank wrapped in a tea towel in case I managed to shatter it, but there were no accidents - not even any shaving of o-rings that I noticed - except that I forgot I had taken the top cap off and had to spend quite a bit of time looking for those tiny black o-rings from the filler holes :)

Next time, I was thinking of using one black and one red in the bottom.

Akdare, does the juice control turn ok with red o-rings top and bottom?

Perseas, I think I've mentioned it before, but I love my PAPS-X and SnPs. Thank you :D

Seriously? When I read your post I couldn't tell if you ARE having troubles or you have not encountered troubles submerging the Sophia in your SnP..

Give me the scoop bro..

While Technonuts post and billie and ak all recommended to remove the top o-rings, I still had the dillusion of trying to squeeze it in there, even lubed up the orings amd put my slap yo mama tool on it. But it wouldn't go in, I still have the marks on my palm as proof. But that wasn't the worst. The most painful experience I had while trying to force Sophia in my 22' wad the frantic hysterical laughter coming from my better half because of the face I was making while miserably failing at inserting the lil bugger. So I decided to just toss in a brand new slottd carto, fill er up with BFC and re-visit Sophiagate later today or this weekend. I will look for my surgical O-ring tool kit (otherwise known as dental picks) and replace the top 2 O rings with the 1 that came with the Sophia, thanks again Ak and the gang
