RHP, the red o ring that comes with the sophia won't fit, you must use the red o ring that comes with the SnP. (1.5 mm vs 1 mm). I wish I could have used the black o rings in the bottom, and the red in the top, but I just could not make it go in, and I have the marks on my palm to prove it. The double red rings in the bottom seem to hold fine, while the single in the top allows the juice control enough room to turn, and still seal.
I found that it was easier to disassemble both the SnP and the sophia. Screw just the bottom of the sophia in your PV. Then put the bottom of the SnP on it. It will be tight, but it will fit. Then you can build your coil & wick, install it in the ceramic, the in the base. You will want to add a few drops of juice to the wick before putting on the top of the sophia. I then inserted the top of the sophia into the top of the SnP (I also had the glass tube on mine). Put this combo on the base of the SnP, making sure that the caps have sealed well to the tank. At this point, the top tube of the sophia should be above the base of the sophia inside the tank. Screw the top tube of the sophia down to the base until you feel the slightest resistance. The juice control is now closed, and she's ready to fill.
Do not forget to close the juice control when refilling. This is the voice of experience.
Open the juice control just a little at a time until you have it wicking well.
Hope this helps. Sorry for no pics, I just rebuilt & refilled...I'll take a few next time.
