With delivery courier : 12.30pm... ya right! Taken an 'off' today, just like I did on the sale day... eyes glued to the street, and it's hurting! Is DHL-Canada nuts? Don't they understand that there's "Life-Saving Equipment" inside that package, LOL!

yup me too, i'm stalking their site so I can upgrade my sexy v2.1 :)

No need to stalk, Perseas will let us know.:)

Things move a little slower in the south :)

So was that really a painted PAPS for sale that I saw? I had to pass and let you look.

It was powdercoated. I talked him down 20.00 and ordered some Aircraft Remover to give the Paps a bath and restore it to its former glory.

Missed another V1 on the classies on Monday night during my commute home :(

The vapemail cometh...the LUX is fantastic! The 2.5 switch is perfect for this mod. I gotta get use to the ridges though. My finger keeps hitting them. The look and feel is definitely class. To me the v1 and v2s had a more old world, raw, mechanical, and classy feel. The LUX is definitely very modern and ultra luxurious. It's like the Audemars Piguet of mods. It looks and just feels expensive. Also, the threading is unbelievably smooth. There's almost no resistance. This one is staying with me for a long long time. I still would love to see a contiuation of the 2.1 switches though. Anyhow, great mod.

Nice, I have a media blaster and debated wether to try to use corn cob or Aluminum Oxyde(not used yet) after the fact. It should be rather easy to strip, with the switch being the toughest. I was shocked when I saw it.
I bet you have it restored perfectly in no time.
I have missed a few but not interrested in buying the ones i've seen for 200.00.

Quick update guys...the throw on the switch is almost too short. I disassembled and reassembled the switch and found that if you tighten the retaining nut too much (all the way down), it will go into continuous firing mode. 8-o At least with the switch I got. Be mindful of this.

So, I got my #14 Lux. I am having one problem with it, though. Maybe some of you other new Lux owners are having the same issue?

I cannot loosen the adjustable post without having the PEEK insulator screw out with it. The PEEK insulator threading is much looser than the post itself, so when I turn the post nut to the left, the PEEK insulator just unscrews.

Anyone else having this issue? Is there a way I can make it stiffer?

Edit: I'm going to try plumbers tape.
