Haven't had time to put in the smaller screw or build the S&P, but here's a picture showing Mega vs. Micro: my just-arrived Lux with a Scuba Diver on it, next to a chrome Provari 2.0 with a kayfun 3.1 and Hippo on it.

(and I have no idea why the uploader is rotating the picture sideways)

Well, I got my stuff today. Excellent gear! I'm having trouble with the diver. First, I broke one of the ceramic cups trying to fix what I've since found is a known problem with the divers. When you screw it on, the pin pushes the cup up and out of the bottom. Also, I'm getting INSANE flooding, not sure what to do about that yet.

The tank is great, but mine was missing both top inner O rings. I put in two of the red ones to get it up and running. Perseas, what size Orings should be there so I can try to find them?

Thank you!

EDIT: I'm also missing one of the tiny orings inside the top cap (filling holes)

I'm having trouble putting the S&P together. I got the Diver ready, scrubbed and lubed the S&P, and tried to insert the Diver. It will not squeeze through either the top of bottom cap. I've already shredded one set of O-rings and shattered one of the two glass tanks trying to force it through. I'll try to find a how-to video, see if I'm doing something wrong...

Follow-up: no way this Diver is going through those O-rings. I just applied all the power I could muster to get it through, and it will not budge. I will try sanding down the O-rings a bit, see how that works.

WAIT!! Use the Cartodriver tool that came with the SnP or you WILL RUIN those o-rings, like I did!!! Assemble the Diver, put the Cartodriver on it, then gently slide on the bottom cap, then the quartz tube, then the top cap.

I learned this process the hard way.

Perseas, is there a limit on how many quartz tubes I can buy in a single order? I would like to buy 3 or 4 because I already cracked one and now I'm paranoid. I will also need to buy spare o-rings but I can't find any in your store.

Also, have you considered sending assembly instructions with the SnP, Paps, etc? I think it would be of great help for us newbies.

What if you put a drip tip on the Diver and lube it and the tank's o-rings with e-liquid before you insert it? I do that to protect my o-rings.

Crap on a cracker, I thought that carto driver was to remove the Diver.

Don't drink and Diver Install, folks.

So I tried this, and it still won't go through the bottom cap.

I am comparing the O-rings for the SnP to those of the Scuba tank, and the latter have an ever-so-slightly larger inner diameter.

Send us an email to send you O-rings, sorry for the omission. Till then you can use the spare ones that came with your SnP.

Use the cartodriver to insert the Diver through the caps and put the red O-rings which are softer.

Lubricate the O-rings and use the red ones.

I haven't thought of this. Tutorial videos will be a good idea also. So many things, so little time.
The internal O-rings are 9 ID x 1 mm
The external O-rings are 17 ID x 1 mm
The top O-rings are 4 ID x 0,8 mm

I'll put them at the store as spares tomorrow. You can buy as many as you want. We have included 2 fused quartz tubes in every SnP Tank.

What if you put a drip tip on the Diver and lube it and the tank's o-rings with e-liquid before you insert it? I do that to protect my o-rings.

Put the cartodriver, it is designed for that.

I took the end cap off the Diver, slid the carto driver into the side of the Diver body with the threads, and then used it to push the Diver body through the bottom cap. It went through with some small amount of force, BUT it also sliced off a thin sliver off the inner circumference of each of the two O-rings. Same with the top cap. They are still intact, just slightly wider inner circumference. And the Diver slides through both caps now. Not sure if it will be leak proof now, but I'll test it out tonight and see.

Seems OK so far, but the tank does slide off the Diver a tad easily - but it doesn't let any liquid out, so the O-rings have a good seal.
