It is the first time we sent to Ukraine, and DHL told us that there is a possibility to be blocked in the customs if the parcel is sent to a private address, only corporate addresses pass, the same regulations apply to Russia. We sent you a second parcel today and the waybill will be activated in a few hours. We send to Russia via registered mail for 7€ shipping cost, when the client provides us a private address. Maybe we have to put Ukraine to the same category.

I am speaking right now with DHL again to clear up any possibility factor and I will inform you what is going on in a while.

UPDATE

Open your order page at our store, we have updated the waybill, we sent a new parcel, till we find what happened with the previous one, and we ensured that any future order from Ukraine will be sent via DHL without any issue.

Thank you for the update Perseas. I have just received a notification that you are sending a package to me and it tracks now. Do you mean this is actually a 2nd package you are sending?

As regards the customs - they can't just send the package back by themselves or refuse to accept it. In the worst case scenario (from my experience) some customs fees may apply. But it's unlikely as any package sent to a private person below the value of 300 EUR is not a subject to any fees or duties in Ukraine. So looks like a DHL ....-up to me.. as if any customs issues would arise the tracking would have been available, and the package would at least have gotten over here.

It is our first time we sent to Ukraine, thank you for the clarifications, we have sent thousands of parcels all over the world, in rare occasions like this one, a need occurs to clarify an issue with further investigation, but our first priority is the parcel to be delivered, all the other matters are secondary. Thank you for the comprehension :)

You're welcome buddy, I think that your package will be soon in your hands and you'll enjoy a happy vape :) You are the first GP owner in Ukraine, indeed!

Yes, seriously. You'd be surprised how many of us make the most elementary of mistakes, regardless of experience or skill.

If you swapped out the o-rings, and all forms of inserts (cartos, Killer) have the same problem, I'd PM or email perseas.

I understand the need for questions - but seriously? I've spent some hours trying to get it to work - the holes are closed, the gaskets are in, the tank is squeaky clean, the o-rings are lubed and have also been changed just in case. I've tried 3 different cartos and the killer 705 - they all do the exact same thing. Tried thin juice and 100%VG - no difference.
Once the carto fills - it doesn't stop filling - well - actually it does - when all the juice has run out of the bottom of the carto...it stops...

Q! I applaud your efforts! At the end you talk about less vapor and that is simply due to not enough juice on the wick... Anyway Q, keep at it bro. Bro hug.

No IDbro, I actually get more vapor from this mesh setup, which also is very aromatic (if that matters!) coupled with a lovely aftertaste in my mouth. It's working stupendously well... no wicking issues whatsoever!

A bro hug goes your way too my friend!

Last week, I dropped my Lux 500 on concrete. :(

A few deep gouges in the tube, a few rough dings in the lock-ring.

Yesterday, I finally took 10mins or so and threw it up on my vari-speed drill with a GP polishing post.

This is the result.

I must say, I'm pleased. While I love the Lux and it's button, with my dry hands, it was only a matter of time before it slipped out of them.

This is my extended GP family with some family friends ;)

Feels terrible for a while when that happens my buddy. But, just gotta move on! It happens to all of us at some point, some are just lucky when it happens on carpet.
Remember that it is an artful tool to be used not put on a shelf to be stared at. :)
You did great on the polishing!
