Well now that I mention this I'll have no chance of getting this off your hands... DUMP the fluff.
I too read the owners manual thinking fluff was required, but (maybe due to translation) look again. It simply is showing you 2 different ways of set up. If you leave long wicks and point up it works like the Spheroid. If you cut at 2mm do not use fluff. It works great without. The GT is awesome 'cause to refill you flip upside down and fill. You can also recoil or re-wick without dumping your juice.
Let me know... I have 3 500 LUX tubes

I am completely confused. I don't use with fluff and won't. My fluff is for the Spheroids. Nothing will hit, with our without fluff like them respectively. And I am taking about from set-up to refill.
Like I said, the SQuape setup is much the Taifun, I own both. The SQuape also requires no juice extraction as you also turn it upside down and the wicks poke out of the air chamber.
If you are hinting to trade a Lux tube.....and for my Taifun, by all means pm me as I would happily entertain this idea. And yes there is a good chance of getting it off my hands.

My little Nellie (5 mo) spent most of the day in Grandma's arms...she doesn't enjoy the chaos too much yet Then we had Ella (2 1/2) who got all excited when we started watching Snow White..."Grandma I want to be Snow White..I need my Dress" (she dressed up for Halloween) I say well honey your dress is at home....I was wrong it was in the car and I went right out to get it. What a hoot...she was trying to sing the songs and run around the house doing everything Snow White does....so had a great day...

I hear you Q. I just pmd someone back tonight asking me about the X and one of my comments was sometimes I just remove the top cap and switch and stare at the contacts. Hell, I think I said something to ShakeT today when we were talking about it.
I am a fan of the silver plated as it conducts through its own oxidation. Brass does not.
The trick for me not to clean as often was to buy a few 6 packs of PAPS still wanting to add another 500 tube.
My Lux's....Luxi?...Luxisissssssss....go everywhere now. Love em all over.

Oh I thought everyone had certain attys and set ups for specific juice. Huh.

I'd love to purchase the 'Lux Upgrade Kits' for all my mods ~ but that'd be one helluva expensive project considering I've quite a few.

You can do it yourself. There are a couple different ways, chemical solution and electroplating by electricity. Many crafters at do it at home with small jewelry pieces. There are home kits but do your research. I know somehow cyanide is produced or used? At least it used to be. Just make sure any kit does not include it or the chemical waste of. Honestly I.can't imagine the FDA not allowing those kids now. Also the process can produce other bio hazardous chemicals potentially so dispose with regard.
Obviously VapourArts process is beautiful work so don't expect those results.
Maybe worth a try...I think I can fit it in with testing.
Personally I am not sure the micro conductivity gained would be worth it. Speculative guess.

Oh, I want Silver internals more to avoid frequent cleaning than for conductivity. The Paps's conductivity is perfect even with their brass (once those are shining that is).

The fact that I don't have to bother looking inside the LUX and the 'X' ever ~ makes it so very promising and desirable. I guess I'll start upgrading with the LUX kits one at a time, maybe one every month or two. However, the shipping costs could be another snag in that proposal. Unless Perseas comes out with 'silver' upgrade kits at lower prices.

no stickers...in US they are stealing vape gear. I swear they see the word "ejuice" or "vape" in the name of the company sending and the package somehow...mysteriously...tears and ½ your juice is missing or your mod is missing.
I say, keep it anonymous/generic and the employees that are part of the mailing will leave it be. When sending items out, we are now double packaging. We put an addressed postal envelope inside the addressed box with lots of packing because we don't want anything to "mysteriously" fall out of the shipping box when sending....grrrr

...by the way, I'm sure you were just joking with putting PAPS on the package but I just needed to RANT...
