First three albums are still pretty good, Justice is decent too. That being said I just kind of stopped listening to thrash metal about 12 years ago.
I think there are three really good thrash bands going today. The only one I really listen to is Revocation.

Like Blink 182 or not, personally one of my top 3 for their anti machine views. It will forever be tough for anyone to take over Travis Barker's spot any time soon.
In my old ... opinion even though Canadian lol, it was tough to compete with Rush's Neil Peart in the day.
George Kollias's drumming isn't super 'musical' but it's kind of down to what kind of music he plays. He's incredibly fast and technical though.
My favourite drummer also happens to be in my favourite band. This is not true of my fav bass player or guitar player or singer. In most people's opinion Mario Duplantier of Gojira is one of the best drummers in the world and he is hands down my favourite.
Neil Pert is still the best drummer alive, period.
Also I've seen Travis Barker live a few times and he is incredible. His fills are amazing.
