As they are UC cleaned from The GP Lair before shipping. It is wise to find a soft tooth brush and clean threads - all of them from head to toe. Rince in warm water and dry completely. Make a schedule to clean all your mods, set a repeat on the calendar. Many of us do! The excitement does not come with cleaning, it comes with the first tank on a clean PAPS :). Remember there is conductivity throughout your mod and oxidation will build up on all threads!
psst...especially the switch!

^^^THIS is on task for me likely tomorrow. The initial cleaning.

Good one Idaho and Yankee! :)

But the spares are just not there, I am sure Perseas and team will take care of me. We are all in good hands, I just always have the shipping jinx with everything lately lol. It was an honest mistake and team GP has always stood behind their service and support. If this was another vendor I was dealing with I would be seriously freaking out right now.

Perseas, I shot you a PM with the details.

Interesting day today. At a complete stop in a traffic jam we got rear ended by a semi truck today. I got rushed to the hospital only minor whiplash. The wife and kids walked away without a scratch. Car was totaled. God is good. Got home and what do I see:

I feel much better now.:)

So happy you and your family are O.K.! Hopefully, none of you are aching tomorrow. Take care!

Glad to hear you and the fam are alright. Getting rear ended isn't fun and even more serious when a semi is involved. Congrats on the new additions. Collection is looking amazing.

It is a spare, extra. So is the other 'pin' of the GPin.

Actually the other pin for the gpin shouldn't be a spare. If I'm not mistaken, the two pins should be of slightly different lengths for different battery size applications. The longer one is for 18490 batteries.

That reminds me, I keep forgetting to request an extra long pin (facepalm) when I make my orders. My first Heron came with two short pins...

Great family portrait. And thank God indeed you are all ok. Hope you are well and aren't too sore tomorrow. :)
I remember Jo and I being rear ended on the highway. We were stopped in traffic jam. Car didn't stop from 50mph

Glad to hear the Good Lord was watching over both your family and that DHL delivery person who made sure your package made to you safe and sound. Seriously....glad you're okay. Take it easy this week, some soreness may creep up on you over the next couple of days.
