That was really cool of you Perseas, you didn't have to have a contest but thank you. And thanks for all the congrats on the thread.
I love being a part of this and nothing but praise for GP products.
Stunning as usual Q. Are all your GP serial #'s 0005? If so that's priceless!
I'd love to see a pic of them lined up....whenever you get a chance√ The reason why even if I ever go bankrupt (touch wood) none of these could be sold![]()
My packages are in Cincinnati. Why does tomorrow have to be a holiday? Oh well, Tuesday will be here soon enough.
Hey sparc,
Just as another option if you want to try it, I can vouch for Cape Cod Polishing cloths. Doing like Idaho suggests is definitely how you want to do for a literally perfect finish, but if all you want to do is a quick polish job, the CC Cloths do a pretty impressive job IMHO. And you can use them on pretty much anything. Its hand polish though, no matter how hard you work at it, the machine finish is going to beat it majority of the time(Though my Father might disagree with me on this matter)
Spark, as we have discussed many times do yourself a favor and buy some Autosol. It is not cheap but is the best in the industry. King P I am sure agrees as well as, many collectors(boo). I am pleased to see that it is finally available in a tube verses a 50 gallon drum

It is the pinnacle of polishes in our world.
This is what I was leaning to in my first post by "other varieties".
As are mine....and you know what the worst part is? I am leaving for a business trip on Tuesday and won't be back till friday, so I won't be able to get my mods till then....and guess where I'm traveling to of all places......CINCINNATI!!!!!![]()
Oh, man! I'm so sorry for you. Mine will be delivered to work. I'll admire them but won't set them up until I've had a chance to clean them.

I hope that all of my fellow countrymen have been enjoying their Memorial Day weekend. The weather is awesome here, the grill has already been fired up, and I'm thoroughly enjoying my PAPS X LUX. I'm grateful to the fallen men and women who died serving my country and I thank those who have served and are in active duty.

It's a KFL+ with a full Tarsius quartz tank kit with a Loki Lab wide bore Stub drip tip. I have three more R91s like this and other tubes that I rotate and primarily use all day.
