I'm not sure I know what HEM is <_<

Also, I literally stalked the postman today. Our post office closes at 5. My XXIX mod set was to be delivered today, and required a signature. I was at work and my wife was going to sign, but she had to take my son to the doctor. Well, I went to the post office at 4:55 figuring the mailman would be back by then...he wasn't. I waited until 5:10 outside since they kicked me out at 5:00 and he rolled in. I got out of my car and asked for my package and he was happy to give it to me. So now I've got a sweet new mod and don't have to wait an extra day. I'm happy, but I think I made him nervous lol. Perks of having the post office a quarter of a mile from your home. Ultimate stalking privileges!

Ok family, I need some help!! I received my new v3 switch today to partner up with the extra Paps v3 650 tube I purchase last vapourday. My intent is to leave the heron on the 490 standard setup and use the cap on the 650 sleeve with the new switch. However, I appear to have an issue and not sure what to change! I have a AW 18650 button top battery inserted and a topper on the cap that came with the original purchase of the Paps v3. When I tighten it all up, there is no throw for the switch! Is the battery too long? I just ordered some flattop efest purple35a and Sony vtc5 30 amp batteries as well in case I decide to drop around 1 ohm. Are there adjustments with the pin on the topcap to adjust or the screw on top of the switch?? I didn't want to play around too much to get the button to fire as there is not much gap when I unlock to fire the mod, please help with what to do!! I am excited as hell as I love my Paps and Heron combo. I was planning to use the SnP tank with Sophia on the 650 mod once I figure it out!! Thanks in advance!

Take the switch out of the mod in the unlocked position and while pressing the switch in make sure the negative screw is in all the way. Also you may need to use the other gpin that came in the package of the full V3 mod.

Sorry, may need a pic to keep straight. As IMR's are recommended with GP.
Do your GPin on top and bottom both have spring tension with your fingers? Does your v3 button move to the lock and unlock position when turning the locking ring?
You probably need the smaller GPin in your top cap as it sounds like you have too much pressure within your tube bro.

I too recently acquired some copper. Loving the way the Heron looks on top. :D

Yes, I can depress the gpin. Yes, the switch locks and unlocks, it just doesn't have enough throw to fire when atty and cap is all buttoned down. I will see if I have a smaller gpin to replace from original purchase. What is procedure to change gpin out?? Please bare with me as I am fairly new with these fabulous mods!! Thanks

If you look here, there are some really good exploded view pics of the GPin that will give you a good idea of what going on there.

Just to be clear, when you press the switch it does not even make contact with the battery? If so then you may need to push in the Black delrin down a bit on the switch.

What atty are you using on it?

If not hit me up. Perseas sent me a plethora of pins to get out to those in need. Anyone else as well.
I have sent a few out on another nice forum.

Also, when taking apart the GPin, be VERY CAREFUL because the spring inside and the actual pin that meets the battery will probably fall out. Almost lost a couple of them. Knock on WOOD.
