I wish you a quick recovery buddyJust in case your migraine is a result of too much energy in the head, a quite common byproduct of our urban lifestyle, I suggest to walk barefoot on soil or grass if you can, or soak your feet in salt water for 20 minutes to disperse the accumulated energy.

However, we just got an ice storm over the last 3 days, and there is no grass or soil within my reach. I did try the salt soak though, and that seemed to have helped somewhat. Next time this happens (as I get them rather frequently..), I'll try a barefoot stroll around the yard
