Still vaping the X. Hmm.. First time, this has happened. :)
This is good to hear. Quality/vape wise, how would you compare it to your ela or other super-t mods?

I honestly think the button is way better. I like how the lock only takes half turn or so compared to the simplicity line. And I love the gpin.
I know that you like the more polished finish, I actually like both. They are both great finishes in their own ways.

Just curious what your honest thoughts are so far? You can always send me a pm if you do not feel like posting it here

I have several Super-T mods, but the ELA is the only one I vape. The X is awesome! I am really liking, and still vaping her. This is the first time, my ELAs ever got lonely. :)

I need the screw kit for mine. Those tiny little nuts take away from the enjoyment for me. Every time I think I have a lead trapped I look again and see a dangling wire. It almost feels like I'm working on a diver. I have mine at 2 ohms right now. It needs to be around 1 but I can't bear to mess with it again. I do love it though, but I can wait on my Heron. I'm sure there is more room for big fingers in it.

The thumb screws give the Spheroid more of a personal touch somehow. They make it feel more hand made or simple somehow. And when I say simple I don't mean that in a bad way but in a respectful way. It's a great design and it gives the Spheroid a touch of class.

That aside, there's a reason why the Heron doesn't use thumb screws. Because the Phillips head screws are more functional and easier to build with.

I just got my v3 kits today...I'll be converting mine. I have small hands, but I still have to use needle nosed pliers to get the knurled nuts tightened.

This was why I switched to v3. I couldn't seem to get enough torque solely by hand. If I am going to be using a tool one way or the other, the screw driver is more convenient for me.

I was just wondering if anyone has seen a replacement tube for the Spheroid in a brushed finish?

I was clumsy and dropped my tube during a refill and there's a noticeable ding on one edge. It's perfectly functional and my level of OCD is actually pretty low but this ding bothers me.

I was hoping to get a brushed tube but the only ones that seem to be available, currently, are polished.

Technically the Spheroid with the ding is a polished one but I was hoping to get a brushed tube to match my incoming Heron and was just wondering if a brushed tube was ever an available option or if they are only available polished ...

Many of us swap tubes out as it looks fantastic. PM incoming :)

Big H!
In Part uno we talked about ohms in the Spheroid many times and they seem to perform better in the flavor dept. a bit higher than 1.0.
I consistently build my Spheroids at 1.5/1.6. They are built for flavor. Nothing wrong with 2.0 flavor.

Set it up once with a micro coil and toss a thread in when needed!

And if this lame tax passes in WA state, those 2 bottles would have costed $96 in tax alone, not including the actual cost of juice. Let alone the fact that taking delivery from over state lines would be illegal. Makes me sick...[/QUOTE
Are you serious? How is that even remotely reasonable?

How will they even enforce that......

I think my first build our two was in the area of 1.6/1.8 and it was better than it is now. If I toss it on my Provari I can dial it in and find a sweet spot@2, didn't mention that part. I'm also having trouble getting a good microcoil with the 30 gauge. I'll have to give it another go. The problem is definitely on my end. I just have trouble working on smaller atomizers. These hands were made for breaking, not building, haha. Plus once I got the X in the mail, I've been content vaping that with a smile. Also, the Oxycodone might be making me lazy, not to mention unsteady ;)

They are available, but not all the time. Leave a note inside your order to change it with a brushed one and we'll do it :)
