Okay then I'll be watching for the heron to come back in stock. I love my spheroid actually and prefer it to the kayfun in every way. I do prefer the airflow of my Taifun gt but the flavor isn't even close in my opinion. So if I can find better airflow than the spheroid and better flavor than the Taifun I'll be set.
Waiting for my rose to arrive as well. That may change everything for me though loo

Ok, that really makes me want a hammer!
love ya my friend. If AJ does not slow down, he will have me crushed soon for sure
but yes, I would say between the three of us, we rule
pup is up and down. just when we think he has turned the corner, he has a bad day. guess that is to be expected.
I love being on here. I miss it honestly. I would be here more but am limited of course in my communicationsAll I am really good for is popping in, making some snarky comments and flying off. Kinda like Larry David
How are you doing? Hope your well. How was your trip through here?
Atties don't count Ello Loop! Didn't mean to leave you out. How could I forget Bellevue.
You can rule also. As well as Akdare when she shows.
Ok, how did you get the hybrid 510 on the Heron to mate with the Kato?
EDIT: and don't tell me mood music...![]()
sooo funny!
Well, the threads are differently pitched but, the last 1.5 or so turns mate up tight nicely. I sent up the GP signal in the sky, King P and I discussed and his also mates the same way and works nicely. Having a couple of the pins for the GPin I took the shortest and made it a bit shorter as my OCD told be not to have so much pressure on the pin as there is a brass canister in the Hammer surrounding the battery in which the the GPin contacts.
It is truly the best set up for the Hammer imo because of the Herons design.

EDIT - I see my question was answered again, didn't mean to barge in.
Idaho, thanks...especially for the pic. You should know by now that Chad answers all the questions...
For the love of my HERON (+ GPin) and the Hammer I'm not doing this. The tread & pitch on both threads are different ~ thus it's not designed to mate. Yes, we "can" force-fit it if we want to ~ but why would I take the risk of ruining one or the other (which eventually will).
Yes, we have noticed. Hey, wondering if you could tell me if those old school tweezers you have can be found anywhere?
There is no force at all Q. It is a pitch difference not a thread size difference. There is no chance of ruining threads on either
If you remove your GPin and mate the two you will see. No love for Idabro today?
The really pointy ones?
Oh, oh, oh, the bro-hug is always there for you my brother-in-arms divided by an IB*
