I think so, were they ceramic? If not, I would still like a pair.

Ahhhh, that's what I needed today! :)

I had the stainless steel ones...someone else posted the ceramic tipped ones. Honestly, if you want a really great pair of SS T
tweezers, go to the Walgreens or CVS, look in the beauty section for the brand Tweezerman. Swiss quality stuff. A super pointy pair should run about $20, and last a lifetime...if you want to go for something for your vape EDC...check out www.Pocketweez.com. Love mine...

sooo funny!
Well, the threads are differently pitched but, the last 1.5 or so turns mate up tight nicely. I sent up the GP signal in the sky, King P and I discussed and his also mates the same way and works nicely. Having a couple of the pins for the GPin I took the shortest and made it a bit shorter as my OCD told be not to have so much pressure on the pin as there is a brass canister in the Hammer surrounding the battery in which the the GPin contacts.

It is truly the best set up for the Hammer imo because of the Herons design.

EDIT - I see my question was answered again, didn't mean to barge in.

I popped in to the thread , saw it had been 20 minutes and figured to add what insight I had.

I'd rather add to a discussion than leave someone's inquiry unanswered all day on the chance you had stepped away for a few hours. It just makes sense really, and it happens all the time. There are numberous times where someone says 'hey Q, what mod is that?' , and then he doesn't reply so someone like Darkgear hops in and says 'the (Insert name here). It's a community and we're all here to add to the discussion and I don't think that leaving peoples questions unanswered if they are directly asked of one of us is a good thing to do.

Either way, sorry it upset you , won't do it again.

Well my X / R91 took a small tumble to the floor today. Don't really see any new marks on the X but the clear tank for the R91 broke :( Good thing there's the SS one , and a new clear one is $1.18 on slowtech with free shipping :)

Good to hear that that you didn't scratch up the X :D
I didn't imagine that that tank could break.....

Everyone deserves at least 2 answers for the same question, this is the only "law" here :D

Don't forget that :D

We have fun here, no one is upset.

It didn't crack in half or anything , but it just spins now instead of tightening down and a very small amount of juice is seeping out. I think that what happened is the threaded portion broke in half. Either way it's not sealed anymore because there is juice slowly coming out the airflow hole. Good thing I never leave the house with one mod and I've got ole trusty here for a backup.

I've dropped one of my KFL's twice. Each time it jarred the plastic tank enough to make the treads unseat. I could not unscrew it, even after putting it in the freezer. In a last ditch effort, I slammed the tank sections on my granite countertop, perpendicularly. Popped the threads back in, unscrewed it, and, surprisingly there was no damage to the plastic threads. Worked the second time too. I just ordered several replacement plastic tanks from fasttech. Colored ones, 7 for $5.

Makes sense, the non-threaded part is too thick to break just like that. If you are ordering from slowtech, get a few just in case (you can get 5 for the price of the real one from SvoeMesto) at that price :)

It's good to have a backup just in case, I always take only my Microstick with 2 Spheroids to work, can't really break anything in a Spheroid :)

I have that. It's nice. I wet sanded them and polished all the parts to get them more clear. Sometimes, with the plastic chimney, I get an off taste. Maybe it's just me.

Will it work with the regular chimney from the KFL?

I would rather not have the coil heat in a plastic chimney, something is just off about having a plastic chimney in an atty....
I may be wrong.... But then, if you get an off taste, can't be good....

That was the main reason I never bought the full clear setup for my KFL's. I don't think Plastic should be so close to the heat source and second, I was not really sure of the materials. It is made in China so you never know what you get. I also think the appearance is cheapened a bit and I don't want to see my wicks at all.

I quit smoking due to all the chemicals and additives that will kill you, so why even risk it.

Mine just rolled off my desk at work. The second time it was in my pocket, and I forgot it was there. Thank goodness it was almost empty that time.
